Lubbock Six-o 2br/2ba Perfect Outdoor Space

2-bedroom 2 bath home in a well-established and safe neighborhood only 6-8 minutes from Texas Tech. This location is perfect for small and medium sized groups. This house can sleep 5 with its comfy couch, a 55" smart TV, DirecTV in the living room, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses. Parking on the street, plenty of room for 2 vehicles and even a trailer. Cleaning fee is $125. You will be charged for pet damage/cleaning.

Each of the two bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Both bedrooms contain king beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as bedroom lamps, and sturdy nightstands.

The living room features plenty of seating with a comfy leather sectional that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. There are also additional chairs for seating. This area has a 55" Roku enabled TV with local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling as well as the laundry area.

The dining area has a rectangular dining room table with seating for 4-5 guests.

The bathroom is clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in the bathroom.

The backyard is large, fenced in with a high privacy fence, and includes plenty of room and outdoor furniture to enjoy the West Texas sunsets or nice meal outside. There is also a grill available for use. If you use the grill at this property, you are responsible for cleaning it. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood.

This property is pet friendly.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the garage and any locked doors or gates. There are locked closets in the house as well that are not accessible.

The house was very clean and well-appointed with kitchen necessities, dishware, paper products, etc. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the decor is cute and colorful. The backyard space has plenty of seating and is canopied by a large tree.The location is convenient and easy to get to and from restaurants, shops, etc.The host was very friendly and informative.We will definitely look into the availability of this property for our next family visit to Lubbock.

This is a sweet, cozy place to stay with very nice accommodations. We would gladly stay here again. Next time I will bring my white noise machine due to one of the streets being a major through-way. The loud vehicles were an issue for the first couple of nights. Enjoyed having our coffee on the back patio which is thoughtfully outfitted with multiple seating options. Host is very attentive and considerate. Thank you for a lovely vacation spot!

Very well kept property, clean inside with a nice yard. We did not bring our dog, but the yard is perfect for a pet. The property manager was quick to respond and available if needed. We would stay here again.

My husband and brother said the house was fine. Location not the greatest but they said the house was extremely clean. Area designated for dogs was basically dirt so my husband kept them in his truck in a kennel.

I have never received such disrespectful correspondence from an owner. I found the entire house clean at check-in, with the exception of what appeared to be vomit all over the underside of the master bathroom commode. (I did not complain to the owner, instead gave her the benefit of the doubt that cleaning oversights may happen.) I was shocked to receive a disparaging note from the owner after I arrived home. Unbeknownst to me, owner had asked me to confirm the dog I included in my reservation was still coming. I did not see her email question due to multiple reason- her message didn’t push to text, I didn’t see it when I opened the Vrbo app, and much of the weekend I was in canyons without cell service. Owner expressed hostility about finding a small amount of trash remaining in the kitchen trash receptacle. (There were zero unused trash liners in the home. Therefore while I left the home extremely clean and my family respected the home the entire time there, we did leave a small amount of trash in the kitchen trash receptacle.) Outside of leaving trash (in the trash can mind you), we were model guests while in her home. (We also paid a hefty cleaning fee.) I have rented dozens of homes and have never had an owner complain about, or speak to me this rudely. Even if we disagreed about events, or even if we legitimately disappointed the owner by leaving trash in a can, her text was grossly inappropriate. Her disrespectful words are included in the photo below.

We, the grandparents and parents, of an incoming new Texas Tech student stayed at this lovely home. Pam was wonderful to work with throughout our stay, answering questions and providing helpful information. We loved the house and the backyard. Very nice neighborhood and very close to everything we needed during our stay. We got our student moved into his dorm room and still had time to enjoy a bit of Lubbock together. Would definitely book this property again!

A perfect stay

We loved our stay in this adorable house. Lots of room, clean, and the place smelled fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pan or gadget you could desire. Even coffee pods and creamer so we didn't have to rush to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. We spent alot of time in the back yard under the tree. We had a perfect stay

Nice & clean. Comfortable bed, everything you could possibly need to cook and relax. Pet friendly, high fenced in backyard with swing, picnic table and chairs with cushions.
