On the lower floor, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area and office area in open space provide a feeling of great space and comfort. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet and access is made to the outside, where you will find a pleasant garden, an infinity pool (with possibility of being heated), sun loungers, a relaxation area and a dining area.
The sublime view of the sea and Funchal, as well as the fantastic sunset, provide an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility for those looking to enjoy a totally revitalizing stay.

The property is located in Lazareto, a very quiet and sunny area, just minutes away from the Funchal city center.
It is close to the Miradouro do Lazareto (viewpoint), Barreirinha’s beach, Forte de São Tiago, Funchal-Monte cable car, Lavradores Market, restaurants, bars, local shops and other services.
In Funchal's city center there are several touristic points of interest and information about cultural activities, radical activities, and nature-related activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
