Spacious detached 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa With Private Pool. Ideal For A Relaxing Holiday Or Golfing Breaks.
Surrounded by several great golf courses its the perfect place to enjoy a golfing break or just relaxing enjoying the sun. We can arrange transport to and from the Airports at a competitive price. If you fancy a day at the beach or La Zenia Boulevard for a bit of retail therapy we would be more then happy to drop you down and collect you for a small charge if available.

Outside kitchen/ barbecue, wet room and private pool. Sun terraces located off the master bedroom and roof . There is air conditioning units in all bedrooms. Internet throughout the villa and English chanels are . The villa is only 10 minutes walk to bars restaurants and pubs. There are 4 stunning beaches which are only 10 minutes drive away (La Zenia and Cabo Riog our personal favourite ones) as well as Campoamor and Playa Flamenca. There is a log burner in the living room area. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa is situated in the popular area of Villamartin and is within walking distance to a good selection of amenities and surrounded by four excellent golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas and Las Colinas. Villamartin Plaza and La Fuente are only a 5 minute drive or 30/40 minutes walk away where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. La Zenia boulevard shopping centre is 10 minutes drive away for all your retail therapy needs. The lively nightlife of Cabo Roig is also just a 10 minute drive away. Our villa has had a full modern make over and new bathrooms to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

The ground floor comprises a spacious lounge and dining area, separate fitted kitchen, twin bedroom and wet room. The first floor features luxury family bathroom, twin bedroom and master double bedroom with private sun terrace. Internal stairs lead up to the laundry area and rooftop solarium, offering distant sea views.

The property also benefits from an inviting private pool, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and outdoor bathroom/shower room. You will love the quiet location, the spacious feel of the property and close proximity to the local amenities.

The property is located in a good central position with easy access to amenities, beautiful golf courses and stunning beaches.

Basic welcome package available on all bookings (ie milk, water, bread, butter, and a welcome bottle of wine) enhanced welcome packages are also available on request (Just let us know what you would like and we can ensure it will be waiting for you on your arrival at and extra cost)


WE LIVE CLOSE BY SO WE CAN ATTEND TO ANY ISSUES, THE POOL IS CHECKED EVERY MORNING AND WE WATER THE PLANTS AT THE SAME TIME.

Amazing villa and hosts

Villa is totally anazing and had everything you could ever need. Hosts are on hand to provide help and advice. The facilities in the villa were great and pool was an excellent bonus.

We had a lovely stay and Julie was a great host from the moment of booking until we left. Very helpful we arrived very late but Julie was there to greet us and even got us some essentials in which was a lovely thing to do. Thank you

Our stay at the villa

Our family of 2 adults, a 14yr and 10yr old, had a fab 16night stay at the villa. Very spacious, modern and clean. Everything you need included. The pool was ideal although in the shade for a lot of the day. Although not much in the area, a short 5-10minute walk gets you to some bars, restaurants and little shops. A car would be advisable which made the area much more accessible! Very close to La Fuente and Villamartin plaza. Supermarkets very close also!! Would definitely recommend this villa for a lovely family holiday and are hoping to come back next year!

Villa was lovely and adequate for all age groups, plenty space! Not much to do round about without a car but we spent most days around the pool. Lovely restraunts 20 min walk away and plenty supermarkets with all you need.

La villa est vraiment top ! Elle était très propre, et bien équipée. Si je devais trouvé un point négatif est que la température de l'eau de la piscine était un peu fraîche. Sinon, l'annonce reflète exactement la villa. Julie et son mari sont au petits soins pour leurs hôtes, très disponibles et d'une grande gentillesse.

Hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos en la villa. La casa es perfecta y lo mejor el exterior, hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina y la barbacoa. Para volver.

Vary nice stay

Very nice house and well equiped in a very quite neighborhood. The swiming pool is excellent to cool down during the hot summer days. Julie is very accesible and responsive. There are many attractions in the area but to profi the most it is recomended to have a car. By car the beach of Campoamor is les than 10 minutes away, and multi adventure park Lo Rufete it is at less than 15 minutes. I definitely recomend this place.

Cómodo, equipado, sin ningún problema

La casa está genial equipada y con aire acondicionado en cada una de las habitaciones. Afuera, sobretodo en verano se está genial. Hay una mesa para cenar y sofás y sillones para relajarse. La casa está a 5min de un Mercadona y a 12 de una playa grande de arena. Para acabar, la urbanización es extremadamente tranquila, no se oye nada de ruido. No hemos tenido ningún problema y los propietarios son muy amables

Buena propiedad, limpia, cuidada, solo un mal detalle…

La casa está muy bien, la ubicación es una urbanización completamente llena de ingleses. La zona exterior está muy bien y muy nueva, piscina, barbacoa mesa de comedor y zona chill. Para mi gusto le faltaría otra zona de sombra ya que para comer hay que cambiar mesa y sillas a zona de sombra. Por el resto tiene de todo. Los colchones bastante viejos y se notan los muelles mucho por lo que son incómodos. Como detalle decir que los niños jugando se les cayó la cámara y cascaron un trozo de unos 3 centímetros del perfil del borde de la piscina, y por el mismo nos dijeron los propietarios que el arreglo serían 120 euros , sin ningún tipo de presupuesto ni nada, se los pagamos por evitar problemas pero nos pareció un detalle bastante feo.

Fabulous villa

Had a fantastic time the only thing that let the villa down was the lack of cleanliness of the villa it took me 2 hrs to clean it when I arrived it didn't spoil our holiday the location for us was fantastic and julie was ever so helpful

la Maison est mâle équipée mâle entretenue la propriétaire ne répond pas aux question posée

La pompe de la piscine est tombée en panne donc salle pas pue y aller 6 jours elle étais à 19 dégrée car elle est à l’ombre mâle situé il a 4 chaise et une table pour 4 lorsque ses mis 7 personne j ai due manger à part de ma famille la salle de bain du haut l eau collais dans la cuisine elle a répondu on dois pas l utiliser une petit douche pour 6 grree il étais mis et vue sur photo aire conditionner dans le salon pas s aire conditionner la maison a été nettoyée à moitié les armoires intérieures salle en dessous des lit sable papier derrière armoires idem pas de première fraîcheur le lit de la chambre en haut à gauche impossible de dormir le mot il grince les fauteuille extérieur en haut habimmer pas de sèche linge pas de couvert asser une clefs pour 6 personnes pas asser et j ai fais plusieurs message sans réponse j ai fais photos et 70€ moi k ai fais la moitié du boulot elle ne m’a jamais répondu si on pouvais trouver un arrangement ses une personne qui ses pas communiquer et elle dô’es Ses ordre de je veux pas si sa et elle doit pas être si propre et le wifi poir j en parle pas catastrophe peur de faire confiance

Villa with pool

Had a good stay at this property. Everything we required was available, especially the toilet by the pool!clean and tidy villa, spacious living area. Had a problem with the wi-fi but one call to the owner and she arranged for an engineer who sorted it out.Would have no problem in booking again
