If you fancy a day at the beach or La Zenia Boulevard for a bit of retail therapy we would be more then happy to drop you down and collect you for a small charge if available.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa is situated in the popular area of Villamartin and is within walking distance to a good selection of amenities and surrounded by four excellent golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas and Las Colinas. Villamartin Plaza and La Fuente are only a 5 minute drive or 30/40 minutes walk away where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. La Zenia boulevard shopping centre is 10 minutes drive away for all your retail therapy needs. The lively nightlife of Cabo Roig is also just a 10 minute drive away. Our villa has had a full modern make over and new bathrooms to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

WE LIVE CLOSE BY SO WE CAN ATTEND TO ANY ISSUES, THE POOL IS CHECKED EVERY MORNING AND WE WATER THE PLANTS AT THE SAME TIME.
