The Brighton Brunswick holiday Apartment is a large, elegant, spacious, one double bedroom Brighton apartment located in the best location of Brighton. It sleeps a maximum of four; it has a double sofa bed in the living room.

The Lounge
The living room is flooded with light and is a wonderful place to relax. It comes complete with the finest quality Regency period features including an ornate ceiling and a large white marble fireplace. Originally, it was the main entertainment room in one of Hove’s finest Regency houses.
The balcony has huge doors which open onto Juliet balconies, from which you can see the sea and the restored gardens of the square.
The apartment has been fitted with a mixture of contemporary high-quality designer furniture and 19C antiques to fit in with the period setting.
It is fully equipped with LCD and a high-quality entertainment system. This apartment, as is standard in all our properties, has full free high speed internet WiFi connectivity.
The Bedroom
The bedroom is large with top-quality Egyptian cotton bedding. Pocket-sprung mattresses provide ultimate comfort. If you have children in your group a free travel cot and highchair is available on request.
The Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. High-quality Egyptian cotton towels are provided for your use.
The Dining Area
The dining area in the lounge seats up to four. A highchair is available on request.
Working away from home
A full-size desk is also available in the living room for those working away from home. There is also a broadband speed of 300 Mb/ps on average.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a dishwasher. A picnic hamper is also available for those that wish to enjoy the beautiful historic gardens next to the property or on the beach which is just visible from this apartment.
Apartment Location
The Brighton apartment is located at the top of Brunswick Square (in Brunswick Place South). This is a Grade 1 listed area and is regarded as being the finest Regency Square in Brighton and Hove. It is located close enough to all the main tourist attractions to be able to comfortably walk to them. The immediate area has a high number of excellent restaurants, bars and food shops located within no more than a minute’s walk. These include a couple of French Patisserie shops, a French cheese and wine shop, a Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s Express within a two-minute walk. A large Waitrose is 5 minutes walk away.
Parking is available outside the building and is via a daily permit system which currently costs £13 per calendar day. There is also pay and display parking on the seafront. Free parking is available a 25-minute walk away.
