I was impressed with how clean, nicely decorated and all amenities of home. Great location. Easy access to beach and bus line. Walking distance to all restruants and nite life. Kelly was easy assessible by email and phone. She responded very quickly to some questions I had...

Spectacular
When going to Hawaii this is the place to stay. Kelly is very organized and has everything ready. You walk in and everything you need is at the ready. It's clean, comfortable, and set up so quaintly. The location is literally near everything and it's quiet. I highly recommend you stay at the Pineapple Paradise for your visit to Hawaii.

I would certainly stay there again, perfect for up to two people. Easy walk to Ala Moana shopping and park as well as Waikiki. Nice to have four eateries in the building

Ilikai Marina Studio
We stayed in this lovely condo for the month of January 2017. It is very well stock with whatever you needed. It is a smoke free condo but we had people smoking cigarettes and marijuana out on their liana below us, so when you have the door wall open the smoke comes into the condo. We notified the owner and she contacted the building manager. They said they were given a warning and next time there would be a fine. They stop smoking on the liana but continued smoking in their unit and with their door wall open the smoke continued to come up into the condo all month. Owner was notified on numerous occasions. Great location for using the trolley to get around town.
I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay - I know you upset that you thought you had booked in another building but I had hopes you would have a nice time. As for the smoking, I did all I possibly could to find resolution - even asking for the offenders to be evicted, unfortunately we can't always control others behavior. I hope you enjoyed the remainder of your stay in the islands.
Location, Location, Location
Loved this place. It was clean, safe, and has all the amenities of a hotel room & more. It's convenient walking distance to the beach, stores, and a variety of restaurants. A pleasant walk to downtown Waikiki. Tour bus picks up and drops off in front of building. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, so eating in is easy. Highly recommended.

Step out of the building to the right and head toward the Hilton Hawaiian Village for some great Spa treatments and grab a drink at their ocean front bar. Continue on and arrive in the heart of Waikiki, where you'll find fabulous shopping and restaurants. The street performers make for an interesting walk on a balmy night.
To the left, walk a few minutes and you'll arrive at Ala Moana Park and Shopping Center, Ward Center, Whole Foods (coming soon) and the new Nordstrom. Tennis courts, and picnic areas are abound. There is much to do in this area, and you won't be bored or disappointed.
Exit to the rear of the building and arrive at the marina where Gilligan and the Castaways started their three hour tour - or head over the the lagoon beach for some rest and relaxation, or water sports.
Tour buses, rental car agencies, and catamaran rentals are all within walking distance.
