There's a very handy parking spot in the building's garage, a very rare amenity in central Porto! Please note that big cars like SUVs aren't suitable for this garage.

The apartment was extremely roomy and centrally located! Having said that you will hear a bit of city hustle and bustle sounds. Lots of places to see and eat in the area. The space has a rustic feel but the bathrooms and kitchen very well renovated. Beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but we had significant difficulty accessing the building and apartment. The instructions for the building access code were very confusing. Once we final got inside, we didn’t understand that “5” referred to the floor and “5.3” referred to the apartment number, this was not clearly explained. The lockbox was also very difficult toOpen, which added to the frustration after a long travel day. When we tried to get assistance, we were asked multiple times to provide our email address, our ID number and full name, even though we already on contact back and forth.

Dirty towels left in the unit. Stained sheets made up my bed. The heat was difficult to figure out and controlled remotely and never resolved. We were cold. Contacting lovely stay was difficult and contacting the owner on the listing website was ignored. I had to call internationally even though I was in Porto. I would like to be credited back some of what I paid.

Awesome location with PARKING!

Centrally located, spacious, and perfect for tourists. Easy check in and out. The place was clean, sufficiently appointed, and the mattresses/pillows made for sound and restful sleep. Even though the bedrooms faced the street, one is high enough and the town closes up early enough for weary travelers to get their rest. Parking is a HUGE plus, but be warned: getting into the garage from the alley is a very tight hairpin turn AND the parking spot is the last spot by a wall. Small cars recommended!Management company was very responsive to questions and comments: I had trouble uploading my passport jpg from my phone on their website but they assisted with the upload once I contacted them and sent them my files. I also mentioned that there was a light bulb that was out and they were very quick in their response.
