Sällsynt Indian River Canal hem med djupt vatten tillgång. Privat fiskedocka och fiske på plats. Ta med din båt och håll dig bunden på din egen brygga för din vistelse. På plats ponton är tillgänglig för daglig tilläggsavgift för erfarna båtfolk (kontakt för detaljer). Mycket tyst 3 sovrum och 2 1/2 bad Key West stil hem (21 fönster) ligger på grusväg med tillgång till Intracoastal / Sebastion Inlet / Spoil Islands. Husdjursvänlig (djuravgift) Allt nytt - färska målar, sängar och sängkläder inklusive badlakan, köksrätter, bestick, kastruller / kokkärl och kasta filtar för de kalla kvällarna. Fisk för snapper och tarpon från piren medan manatees frolic varje morgon. Eller ta pontongbåten ut till Spoil Islands för fiske, simning eller camping. Närliggande Wabasso Beach och Golden Sands Beach ligger bara en kort 5 minuters bilresa till morgonpromenader eller fulla stranddagar. Mataffär och matsal inom gångavstånd (bokstavligen) eller gå in i Sebastian (7 min) för ytterligare restauranger och vandringsleder. Bra ställe att gå din hund. Peaceful water view

Clean, peaceful, roomy and well stocked. The lanai, wildlife and sea creatures were the highlight. Especially the manatee.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great stay at the Sebastian home. It was the second time we have stayed here and would love to visit again. We had one hiccup when we checked in. The home hadn't been cleaned yet as there was a mix up with the cleaning schedule. We called Marcel, and she immediately sent someone over to and bought us dinner! Melissa came and cleaned everything spic and span while we enjoyed a delicious meal. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to truly feel at home. The canal in the back is great for watching manatees and catching fish. The screened porch is a perfect spot for morning coffee and listening to the birds. We enjoyed every day! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Fishing Paradise

Home was clean and exactly as advertised. Home owner was quick to respond to all inquiries. 24ft boat nestled perfectly on the dock and well protected in the canal. Wonderful experience and vacation.

Amazing! Amazing!

We loved our stay!! The pictures online do not show off how beautiful the home is! The house and hosts are so accommodating, friendly and overall people you want to rent from! We were so happy to see all the games and activities provided. No screens were on... we played board games and spent time together!

Highly recommend

Beautiful and spacious home that is perfect for a family getaway. It’s location offers close beaches that are not crowded like other popular spots such as Daytona, Coco, etc. It’s a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here

Relax and enjoy

Beautiful waterfront home located in safe and welcoming neighborhood... We had a small boat plus jet ski on the dock with plenty of room. There's a nice boat ramp located about a mile away with an easy drive to the property. Home has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. I'm already planning next stay.

Great Stay - Great Location

We had family staying at the Vero Disney Resort, this was great proximity to them and easy to get to. This allowed us to have a bedroom for each of our grandsons and a king size bed for us. The house was stocked with lots of supplies for the beach. The kitchen had all the little spices that you hate buying for such a short trip, so it saved money on having to get all those. We would stay here again if we need something in that area!

True R&R!

Enjoyed a few quiet days along the canals but it was close enough to many interesting attractions at Vero Beach. The house was pristine and had everything that you would need Even saw a few manatees lolling around in the backyard. What else can you ask for ?

Wonderful Accommodations

Property was better than described. Caught fish off the dock and the screened in porch was plenty big when we cooked out . Lots of restaurants and beaches near by . Definitely will book again .

Property better than the listing - outstanding owner

The outside will fool you (the outside is fine, fits with neighborhood - all is well) -- the inside is better than the pictures, and better than the listing. 3-bathrooms is a "winner" for us (two retired couples). Great kitchen - super MBR suite. really nice outside screened (and unscreened) porch.

We were so happy to find a real slice of "Old Florida" still alive and thriving. The Key West style home is on a dirt road with 21 windows for plenty of light and views of the water. We love having the boat docked in our backyard for those evening cruises to watch the sunset. Or walk our dirt roads lined with mangroves with or without a furry friend. Be sure to pick the most perfect ripe lime from our backyard tree for the evening cocktail.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Direct access to the Indian River and spoil islands is so overlooked by many. Motor out with your boat or paddles out with the kayak for a true "unplugged" memory. Our Sebastian home is located in a wonderful community not touched by high rise buildings....it is an overlooked piece of the Florida .....a throwback in time. You must go to the center of town for a morning/evening stroll on the boardwalk and don't forget that ice cream treat from the many local ice cream/coffee shops to enjoy on the walk! Beautiful beaches 5 minutes away with plenty or restaurants on US 1 in Sebastian or Vero Beach.
