The apartment is located in the city center on Stefan cel Mare shopping area, only 5 minutes away from Neversea beach, 2 minutes away from Tomis Mall and 10 minutes away from Ovidiu Square. In the neighborhood there are two parks (Archeological Park and Theater Park), a market (Grivitei Market), a lot of supermarkets and restaurants on walking distance.
