We loved the unique spaces of the three apartments. The A/C’s were great as Athens was hot while we were there (96 degrees from sun up to down) Communication was great for rides from the port and to the airport. We were within walking distance to all that we wanted to see. It’s perfect for families and had all the amenities we needed.

What an amazing time in Athens. I was able to arrange transportation with the owner at short notice. My family disembarked from a cruise and we arrived at the location very early. We were expecting to just drop off our bags but to our surprise the rooms were ready which was a huge plus. All 3 apartments were very spacious and easily accommodated my party of 9. The location is very close to everything in Athens and accessible via walking. This is a great place to stay in Athens and highly recommend.

Great stay

Loved the property, separate spaces for people but a good communal area with the terrace. Location is great, near one of my favourite parts of Athens with loads of great bars and restaurants on site. Really easy, personal check in and were really accommodating to a couple of our requests. would definitely stay again.

Well located, clean and very nice. Area appears run down a bit at first but location is about three blocks away from lots of fun stuff. Support from owners getting transportation was very much appreciated.

Great location and host - would stay again

Great communication with host and support during late check-in with a walk-through of the units. The layout worked well for our two family traveling crew. The rooftop deck was a great gathering place and also awesome for drying clothes. Location was amazing – walkable to great dining, shopping and not far of a walk to the Acropolis. Two metro stations nearby as well. Highly recommend – and we would stay again.

Friends Trip

We loved the property! A mix of friends and our daughters - space for everyone. We loved gathering on the roof top deck. The nearby market was fun to explore. The hosts made us feel welcome, offered great advice and assisted with transportation needs. Quick responses on questions was great! Highly recommended!

A very good place

Everything thing is good about this place except for the street noise. This is close to many historical sites and in walking distance. We went from US and while we were trying to overcome jetlag, the street noise kept us from getting the necessary sleep. This may not be a problem for everyone.

Excellent location with thoughtful hosts and a few accessibility notes:We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is truly excellent — close to shops, the town square, and plenty of places to explore. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s simply part of staying in the heart of the city, and it suited our trip well.Communication with the owner was great from start to finish. Even though we had a small snafu getting from the cruise port, we still made it to the apartment easily, where the manager met us right away and helped us store our luggage. That level of responsiveness made a big difference.The only thing future guests should keep in mind is accessibility. The two studio apartments are very clean and nicely kept, but they have uneven flooring with multiple step levels throughout. They’re charming, but not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, elderly travelers, or families with small children. The upper‑level two‑bedroom apartment, however, is all on one flat level, making it a much better option for those who need easier movement. I was traveling with two elderly women, and placing them in the upstairs unit worked perfectly.Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciated both the location and the hospitality. Just be sure to choose the unit that best fits your mobility needs.

Really good place to stay. You can go to town by feet. About 5 minutes to Monstiraiki and Ermou for shopping. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. A mini market at the next corner. The rooms were clean, everything we needed and the roof terrace is wonderful.
