Stylish Townhouse: 3 Apts with Rooftop. EP7 bldg

We call this EP7 Building.

Our EP7 building comprises of 3 separate and unique apartments located on 2 separate levels.
* Each apartment has a separate entrance.
* All apartments have access to the roof top terrace (2 flights of stairs) through main building entrance.
* All apartments have WiFi, tv’s, A/C and central heating.
* All apartments have necessary crockery and cutlery as well as linen and towels.
* All apartments have access to a washing machine and a clothes’ drying rack (located on the roof top).

Layout of all 3 apartments in our EP7 building:
1. Apartment EP7: this is a 2-bedroom apartment with king size beds that can be set up as 2 singles. One more person sleeps in the living room in the single sofa bed. This apartment has 2 little balconies. it is located on the first floor (one flight of stairs up).
2. Studio apartment EP7R (orange): this is a brand new, open plan studio that sleeps up to 3 guests. Two guests sleep in the queen size double bed (can be set up as 2 singles), located on the mezzanine floor. One more guest sleeps in the sofa bed in the living room / kitchen.
Apartment EP7R is located on the ground floor, hence the entrance opens directly to the street pavement.
3. Studio apartment EP7L (green): Mirror to EP7R.

Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri) is a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens, known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still hosts some traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Ideally located just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri sits right next to Plaka, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
