The apartment is five minutes from the Gardenie stop of the underground line C. This is undoubtedly the fastest way to reach the Centre, but not the only one. For those who prefer surface transport there is the Tram, with two lines, number 5 and number 19, with which you can reach Termini Station and the Vatican City respectively.
