This spacious and bright apartment is located in the center of Madrid, ideal for a stay in the city, whether for work or study.

The apartment has three exterior bedrooms with balconies. One of them features a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom; another also has a double bed and wardrobes; and the third offers two single beds, perfect to accommodate different types of tenants. In total, there are two full bathrooms with showers, equipped with towels, shower gel, and shampoo, so you can travel light and enjoy your stay from the very first moment.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The living room is a cozy space to relax after a long day of work or study, featuring a Smart TV perfect for enjoying your favorite series or movies.

Additionally, the apartment includes heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bedding, a small cleaning kit, and everything necessary to make you feel at home. This accommodation is the ideal place to make Madrid your home.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
