The location of the apartment was superb, however there were several negative things.Extremely poor management.Wrong instructions regarding internet. Building is covered by scaffolding and often we saw workers walking on our balcony. The coffee pot was broken. The new one didn’t work. Instructionswere

This place was perfect for our family of 5 - me and my husband, two adult children and a fiance. Three comfortable bedrooms and three very nice and not cramped bathrooms. Only a few blocks from both the Callao and Gran Via subway stations. The view out the living room windows was a lovely old church and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was very clean, modern, attractive and well-stocked. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, towels, pillows for all of us. We really appreciated all the nice touches that made our stay more comfortable like a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric tea kettle, etc. Highly recommend!

Nice unit, well located

This property was “as described” and we had a very nice stay. Location is very good in that it is just off the Gran Via but generally quiet. We had no real issues other than an initial problem with the air conditioning. The management was responsive in addressing the issue (filter was completely clogged and needed a thorough cleaning). Kitchen very modern. We had six adults and two young children in our party and that size group can be accommodated.

Amazing VRBO

This was the last stop of our tour of Spain and we had stayed at many verb's and hotels and this was one of our favorite. Extremely roomy and the beds were amazing.

Ready, set, go!

The apartment was in the READY with items (small amount of soap and shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablet) we needed to get started. The kitchen was well stocked —dishes, pots, pans… Nice appliances! The apartment was spacious enough for our multigenerational-family to spread out, have personal space and privacy. Three bathrooms were great! NOTE: The washer/dryer does not dry completely. Fortunately, there was a clothes drying rack that we used in combination with using the electric dryer. It worked for us.The apartment is conveniently located, SET near supermarkets, metro, shopping, cafes…the action. The bedroom area was quiet and no street noise could be heard.We would consider staying here again when we GO to Madrid.

Great apt, great location, 2nd time staying there

We love this apt. Location is great. Apt is very spacious. It's the 2nd time we stay at the same apt. This time we had an issue with one of the showers that leaked into the apt below, so we couldn't use it. Other than that, all the rest, the apt is great and we love it.

Retirees enjoying their life

Excellent. Perfect location for getting the metro, the taxis, even the hop-on-hop-off had a stop in that block. One block from groceries, just steps away from bunch of restaurants. All types of shopping nearby, and just a walk away to the center, old Madrid. The apartment was clean, safe, and comfortable. If I return to Madrid, I'll look to see if it is available again.

Magical Madrid

There is nothing like staying in heart of a big city, the location was on point. The apartment was so spacious and we loved the kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and relax in between adventures. Very helpful hosts as well. We enjoyed our staff, thank you to such wonderful hosts !

Très bien placé. Appart très bien agencé. Par contre il manque des choses de bases pour un appartement: liquide vaisselle, sel, poivre, sopalin. Très juste en verres. Arrivée: une heure de retard car ménage non fini.

Madrid Gran Via Apartment

Excellent apartment. Could not ask for more as to location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything you need is within very short walking distance. Apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great location

Located just off the Grand Via this VRBO is located one block from two grocery stores, the metro station, and has a local restaurant right across the street. The balcony overlooks the beautiful facade of an old church. A 10-15 minute walk from many sights. The VRBO also has a small elevator so taking your bags to the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you view floor zero as floor 1).

Beautiful Apartment in an awesome location

We loved the spaciousnous and cleanliness of the apartment, and great location in Centro Madrid near the Gran Via shopping areas. Apartment Manager, Cristina, was super nice and responded quickly to questions asked. The beds were very comfortable. But you have to bring most of your own toiletries and kitchen paper towel. They give you just very basic like travel size shampoo, bath gel and toilet papers in each of the 3 bathrooms, a few dishwashing machine tablets and laundry wash pods. The rest you have to provide yourself including the coffee pods and sugar/coffee cream or milk. Felt very safe as the police department is right behind us. The Chinese restaurant diagonally across the street on the corner has the best Chinese food in all of Spain! Love staying here and would come back to stay again in the future.

Nice location and great apartment!

We arrived early and ended up leaving our luggage in a Yellow Storage locker nearby but the apt manager was going to meet us early to drop our bags, so that would have been convenient. The apartment itself is great. 3 bedrooms 4 bed, and each has its own bathroom/shower. The facilities are great! There is only a washer and no dryer. Well located and quiet on this street. Would recommend.

Magnificent Time in Madrid!

While our stay was short, we had a wonderful time exploring the city and staying at the gorgeous partner made it all the better! Great location tucked away off of Gran Via so it’s close to all of the major attractions and everyday shopping. Few blocks the other way and you’re immersed into quaint neighborhoods and their tapas bars and cafes. The apartment itself was perfect! Clean, spacious, modern and totally comfortable. Easy to communicate, check in and check out. Quiet street too! Everything was perfect. What a trip/stay!
