This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, between the Austrias neighbourhood and La Latina, in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city. It enjoys an excellent location on Cascorro square with Duque de Alba street, just a few metres from the Cebada Market, Toledo street and Plaza Mayor. El Rastro, a traditional open-air market, takes place on Sundays in the surroundings of the apartment. On this day, traffic is closed until midday.



La Latina is a must-visit neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many sites of artistic interest. Walking through its little streets is a true delight. From this area it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden with a pleasant walk.



The Apartment:



A charming place with a personal touch. Pleasant, welcoming, comfortable, bright, spectacular, with views, well-equipped, a delightful apartment in the heart of Madrid that will make any stay an unforgettable moment. It is located on the fourth floor in a building with a lift. The apartment has capacity for 5 people.



The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobes, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with views of the exterior of the building. The last bedroom guarantees tranquillity and silence, as it overlooks the interior courtyard and is composed of a single bed, a desk and an open wardrobe.

Without a doubt, the living room is a protagonist of the house. The dining area is differentiated with a large table for all diners, the modern kitchen equipped with everything necessary and the rest area with a double sofa, a rattan chair and a SmartTV. From this area we find the additional bathroom with a toilet.

The house has a brightness and a touch of colour, which will make your stay even more welcoming.



The apartment has soundproof windows.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To access the property, you must climb steps.



To bear in mind:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
