Blue Wave is an apartment in the main tourist area of Funchal, near the sea and is ideal for two people.
The apartment has an interior area of 31 m2 and a balcony of 4.5 m2 on the 8th floor of a residential building.
The building has a common parking area.
The apartment comprises a sleeping area with a double bed 2.0 x 1.6 m, a bathroom and a small living area with sofa, dining table and kitchenette.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is located in a residential area in the main tourist zone of Funchal. Within a 5-minute walk, there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and attraction centres. It is located 250 metres from the Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex, 400 m from the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, and 900 metres from the Lido Bathing Complex, via the Lido Promenade.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the Lido Promenade by the sea, bus stops near the building, and it is easy to drive to and from the main road axes.
OBSERVATIONS
Free parking on the property is subject to availability. If no parking is available on the property, there is a paid car park 200 metres away and authorised street parking is possible.
The building is located in a residential complex, but there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if windows are open.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests' arrival and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Construction work is ongoing for apartment renovation in the vicinity, which may cause temporary noise during the day.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available through a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, scheduling of time is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any breakages, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be verified and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Problems reported late with the mere intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
