Nestled on the north coast of Rethymno on a hillside location, close to the lively village of Bali, Troia Villas offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea and are located just 2 Km from the closest beach and a variety of shops and amenities. The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each boasting its own private swimming pool and 4 en-suite bedrooms and offers easy access to the nearby cities of Rethymno situated just 30 km away and Heraklion 45 km away.


Troia Villa III covers 200 m2 and comfortably accommodates 8 guests in its 4 en-suite bedrooms. The interior is decorated with earthy color tones, complemented by elegant, yet comfortable furniture and wicker decorative elements, crafting a captivating boho atmosphere.


Ground Floor
As you step inside, youll be greeted by a seamlessly designed open-plan space that combines the seating and dining areas with the modern kitchen. Natural light floods the room through a large window that offers breathtaking views of the inviting pool, while the dining area and kitchen exit to the pool terrace.


The living room boasts both comfort and technology, featuring a cozy corner sofa where you can unwind while enjoying entertainment on the 50 smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is a stylish dining table that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with high quality appliances and everything you need to create a homemade meal. Convenience is key, and on the ground floor, youll also find a convenient WC.


The ground floor also hosts a beautifully appointed bedroom, featuring a 1.80m x 2.00m bed and a 32 TV, as well as direct access to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.


All our bedrooms are designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Each bedroom features an open closet, a safe for your valuables, a mini fridge for refreshments, a vanity, and both air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the perfect climate control. Our commitment to pampering you extends to the bathrooms, which come fully stocked with all the essentials. Youll find a hair dryer, a scale, plush bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, as well as bath and pool towels.


Attic
Indulge in the elevated serenity of our exquisite attic bedroom, which features a 1.60m x 2.00m bed and 32 TV, while the rooms expansive window frames breathtaking panoramic views. Furthermore, the en-suite bathroom offers a shower cabin, and your own private balcony -thoughtfully furnished with a seating area- allows you to take in the captivating vistas that stretch from the pool terrace to the picturesque surroundings and mesmerizing azure sea beyond.


Lower Floor
Descend to the lower floor, where youll find the two remaining bedrooms featuring 2 single beds each (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be united with a top mattress if desired. Complete with 43 TVs, both bedrooms grant access to a staircase that leads up to the inviting pool terrace and have their own en-suite bathrooms with a shower cabin. Additionally, on this level, discover the convenience of a well-equipped laundry room boasting a washer/dryer.


Outdoor area
The expansive outdoor expanse of Troia Villa III spans 400 m2, unveiling breathtaking vistas of an olive grove below and the tranquil sea at the distance. This outdoor haven is thoughtfully equipped with an array of amenities, ensuring an exceptional experience, which include:
- A private, 56 sq.m. swimming pool, adorned with a graceful waterfall and two in-pool chaise longues. With a depth of 1.4 meters, the pool features a dedicated hydromassage enclave and a shallow area for younger guests, 0,50m deep. The pool can be heated, at an additional charge upon request.
- The poolside ambiance is enhanced by an ensemble of 6 sun beds, accompanied by side tables, 2 cozy bean bag chairs, 4 umbrellas, and a refreshing hot water-equipped poolside shower.
- Elevate your outdoor dining with a splendid BBQ setup, featuring a gas grill, 2 hobs, an outdoor sink, and a fridge, making al fresco dining and entertaining a breeze. Gather around the 55 smart TV at the outdoor dining area for 10, where a retractable pergola offers adaptable shade and control, adjusted to your wishes.
- Unwind in the outdoor sitting area, complete with inviting built-in benches and a captivating fire pit for cozy evenings and find respite within the charming lawn-covered area next to the pool.

- The whole complex is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
