Located in the peaceful village of Arkadi, this welcoming 3-bedroom villa is perfect for families or small groups, comfortably hosting up to 7 guests. Situated within easy reach of Rethymno, Chania, and the Heraklion area, the villa offers a tranquil retreat with modern comforts and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

The villa features a private panoramic swimming pool with sun loungers, a spacious terrace, and a garden with outdoor furniture—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the Cretan sun. Inside, the air-conditioned interiors include a cozy living room with a TV and movie options, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all essential appliances including a cooker and microwave. A barbecue is also available for outdoor meals, making it easy to enjoy the local flavors in a serene setting.

Guests will appreciate the thoughtful amenities such as free WiFi, a washing room with laundry facilities including a tumble dryer, and two private parking spaces. The villa is just 7 km from the sea, a 5-minute walk from a local restaurant, and 6 km from supermarkets. With cleaning service and linen change every third day included, and a policy that ensures a quiet, family-friendly environment, this villa is the perfect base for a relaxing and memorable stay in Crete.

Great holiday home with very good service

The photos correspond to the conditions on site. The house was cleaned every three days and we regularly received new towels and bed linen. If we had any questions on site, the hostess was always friendly and helpful with advice and support. We really enjoyed our vacation in the holiday home with our children. All the best

Eine schöne und vor allem komplette Villa. Bei der Ankunft am Samstagabend waren wir überrascht, dass Obst, Brot, Sandwich, Kaffee / Tee, Filter und Milchzucker vorhanden waren. Die Begrüßung war herzlich mit der notwendigen Erklärung. Die Unterbringung war vollständiger als das in der Beschreibung angegebene Reinigungsmittel, Geschirrspülertabletten, Reinigungsmittel, 2 Laptops und Audio. WLAN ist verfügbar, aber normalerweise nicht mit der Kapazität, in Hotels und Resorts zu streamen. 3G / 4G-Bereich ist ausreichend. Mehrere Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln, gut funktionierender umfangreicher Grill. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.Die Villa ist modern und gepflegt. Zweimal in der Woche wurde die Villa gereinigt, gewischt und das Bett und die Bettwäsche ersetzt. Die Aussicht ist in der Tat sehr schön. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen in einem hügeligen Gelände und eignet sich weniger zum Radfahren und ausgedehnten Wandern. Ein Auto, um die Geschäfte und die Stadt zu erreichen, ist wirklich notwendig, kurz gesagt, ein absolutes Muss.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es gab bereits einige Lebensmittel auf dem Zähler durch den ersten Morgen. Die Frucht war auch gut bestückt und griechischen Raki war bereit. Die Villa war sehr geräumig und ordentlich. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren anwesend. Die Villa hat eine tolle Aussicht und draußen war viel Platz zum sitzen und sich sonnen. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, Ella Tag mindestens 24 Grad, so dass sie viel draußen bleiben. Mit dem Auto in die Stadt ging Rethimon gut. Schnelle, einfache Strecke. Am Tag vor der Abreise haben wir ein kleines Geschenk gegeben. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
