Set in beautiful countryside but within ten minutes to the best parts of Puglia (including Ostuni). The villa is set within extensive gardens, it is comfortable and peaceful and offers fantastic facilities. With three bedrooms, all ensuite, the villa has a private pool and fabulous bar area providing the perfect backdrop for your holiday. The villa is perfectly located for easy access to the best Puglia has to offer - with its many local historical towns, beaches, restaurants, national parks and places of interest. It is the ideal place to get away from it all.
The space
There are extensive grounds with a choice of terraces and a private pool and bar.
There are three bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms have black out shutters, perfect for little ones to get to sleep easily.
Room 1 has a double bed and a single bed. It sleeps 3.
Room 2 has a king size bed. It sleeps 2.
Room 3 has a double bed that converts to a single bed, if required. There are also full sized (suitable for an adult) bunk beds in this room. (Please note that when converted to a double bed, the floor space around the bed is more limited).
The open plan kitchen/lounge has hob, oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the pool side bathroom.
There is a dining table that seats 8. There are two sofas and a beautiful open fireplace in the lounge area.
There is air conditioning/heating in all three bedrooms as well as in the kitchen/living room.
There is free WIFI available for guests.
Guest access
The entire villa and grounds are available for guests to enjoy. They are private and for sole use of the guests.
Other things to note
The swimming pool is 10mx4m with a depth 1.4m with stunning views. Other features include an extensive patio, bar and outside bathroom. Beyond the pool there an acre of land with a wide variety of plants and trees. You are welcome to pick any fruits from the trees, such as the fresh figs.
