We welcome you to Bedgebury Oast (sleeps 10 with a max of 8 adults) - an original Oast house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terraces, patios, views, 2.5 acres of land, parking for 4 / 5 cars.

Kitchen / Dining room - magnificent open plan shaker kitchen. Central island with stools to dine at the counter. Equipment includes an Aga, American pantry style fridge freezer, dishwasher and, twin electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee barista machine, and all your usual gadgets.

Multi-media TV lounge, 4 seater sofa, 3 seat cushions. 85 inch screen Smart TV. Netflix, Amazon and more. Super surround sound for those film buffs and kids in the group.

There are several lawned areas to the rear of the Oast, partly terraced with a lovely farmhouse table and 8 chairs. Loungers, seating and gas bbq. Summer house.
Further beyond the main gardens are a further 2 acres of land to explore including the kitchen garden area and the orchard.
The driveway is gravelled parking for 4 to 5 cars.
Games room / garage
In the grounds right by the Oast is a bespoke lodge fully kitted out for the kids, teens to adults. Large screen TV, sofa seating for 4, table and chairs for 4. safe games / playzone with mini-pool, table football, table tennis and mini-air hockey as well as a playstation (3) games console, high speed internet and Sonos music centre.
Hen parties, stag parties and all adults groups of ages under 30 are not permitted. The home is suited to family groups only.
