Tucked away in a peaceful courtyard, this 32 sq. meter one-bedroom apartment offers a quiet retreat right in the vibrant Bastille district.

BEDROOM:
The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed, perfect for two.

LIVING AREA:
The living room includes a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating a third guest. A flatscreen smart TV offers hundreds of international channels—including CNN and BBC in English—as well as internet browsing capability.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home: microwave, stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a convenient washer/dryer combo. Small appliances include a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. We provide all cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware—as well as complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, cooking spices, oil, and vinegar.

BATHROOM:
Clean and modern with a walk-in shower and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are all provided.

The apartment sits on the bohemian Rue de la Roquette, just steps from Place de la Bastille. Surrounded by hundreds of cafés, restaurants, and shops, you’ll find the best of Paris right outside your door. From morning coffee to late-night wine bars, this street never sleeps—but don’t worry, the apartment is tucked into a quiet courtyard, offering perfect calm when you need it.

Twice a week, you can stroll to the bustling open-air market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir (Thursday & Sunday), where locals stock up on fresh produce, cheese, and artisanal goods. For even more market magic, the Popincourt market runs every Tuesday and Friday just a bit further up the boulevard. Pick up seasonal ingredients and bring a taste of France home to your kitchen.
