The Red Brick Cozy - The Perfect Place To Stay

This home was a family project to renovate and decorate with our kids. It's in a great location - with walking distance to the bowling alley, movie theater, ice cream parlor, restaurants, track, tennis courts, and parks. It has a fenced in backyard with grill and outdoor dining, as well as a spacious front yard to relax in. The kitchen is stocked with most cooking equipment (griddle, waffle iron, coffee maker, pots, pans, Tupperware, and most ingredients one would need for a pleasant stay. We live just around the corner and are available almost any time. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have enjoyed creating this space.

Details for the home indicates “sleeps six” and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a futon. No futon - but the next morning I located an inflatable mattress in the closet, doubt it would have fit on the floor next to the bed. Home was welcoming and neat. Beds were comfortable. Only one shower available due to repairs being made to the other.

Great Landing Spot

I love staying at this property. It truly feels like home. The house is clean and inviting and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check in process and communication from the property owners is great. The location is perfect and this time of year the area is beautiful.

Cozy was an apt description

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The house was great for our family of four (2 small children) and had everything we needed (was very well stocked). We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home.

A perfect place to stay

This is the second stay at this property. Just a comfortable, clean and great location in Blanding. We went from 7 days at our last stay to 11 days this time. That says it all. A perfect base camp for exploring the area around Blanding.

Comfortable and perfect for exploring Bears Ears area

We rented this place as a jump off for day trips and hikes into Bears Ears. It was perfect for this. The place was very comfortable and clean. They do not have a hot tub (as the listing somehow states) but, otherwise, everything is accurate. Easy check in and check out, nice hosts. Had a great time and would totally recommend.

Convenient & Clean

Great stop-over after finishing a long day on Highway 95. Check-in was simple and it was so nice to find the house stocked with some basic items (eggs, milk, cereal) AND some delicious homemade banana bread. Thank you!

Winter stay in Blanding

Wonderful

Loved hiking Bears Ears, and this was the perfect place and perfect location. Lots of lovely touches, and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great for 2 couples traveling together. Kitchen was just right and THANK YOU for the goodies and the milk in the fridge - unexpected. Will rent from you again.

Red Brick Cozy is GREAT value for money. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Blanding is perfectly situated for Hovenweep, Natural Bridges, Canyons of the Ancients, Cedar Mesa, Grand Gulch, Needles, even Monument Valley. If you enjoy hiking, back packing and wilderness exploration then this is the place! Muley Point and Needles Overlook are standouts!
