Access to apartment
Parque Residencial is a frontline urbanisation next to Commercial Centre in Mojacar Playa. There is an access gate (Nº8) on Calle Lucerna, once you gain access to the community you will find a walkway leading up to individual external staircase to access the front door of the apartment opposite the pool area.
Garage entrance
There is an allocated garage space. Garage entrance is at the far end of Calle Lucerna. Once you leave your vehicle in the allocated space you can walk up a flight of stairs to reach the inside of the complex with very well kept community garden and pool area.
