Recently renovated, this vacation home with swimming pool consists of three bedrooms, and will offer a fourth bedroom in 2023, making it possible to welcome in utmost luxury and comfort families or groups of friends looking for an enchanted vacation in St. Barth.

The luxurious single-story vacation rental villa was built over two buildings in the heart of a tropical garden. Its spacious living room is furnished with sofas and armchairs as well as an HDTV. In the strikingly white decor, the indoor dining room with dark weathered wood contrasts and can accommodate up to eight guests close to the well-equipped kitchen, the perfect place to cook delicious meals and cocktails to be sipped watching the breathtaking view over Gustavia's harbor and the ocean. The wide openings make indoor and outdoor spaces combine gracefully, letting in the trade winds in a soothing and cozy atmosphere.

The terrace of villa features a beautiful swimming pool which borders the living room with a deck. Rest areas are all around the pool: under the pleasant shade of the property’s trees, there are deckchairs and most poetic daybeds. From here, the view over the harbor with boats coming and going, the wooded hills and the deep blue ocean create an idyllic scenery for relaxation sessions. A second outdoor dining room which can also accommodate eight guests is also available on this terrace, the perfect place to have dinner under the Caribbean stars, while the gentle St. Barth breeze blows.

The holiday rental villa in St. Barth is composed of four air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views and access to the terrace. A fourth bedroom is currently under construction, which will soon allow up to eight guests to be accommodated in this privileged and very private environment located in Gustavia. Two bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, and the third one has twin beds. The decor is sleek, the spaces are bright and cozy.
