The upper floor includes a spacious open living/dining area, and an open plan kitchen that makes food preparation and eating times a social experience. There is access through the living room and the kitchen to a large terrace that has fabulous views of nearby El Campello. This floor also has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite, and another full communal bathroom.
The outside area includes a large pool and a bbq. There is plenty of outside shaded space perfect for dining al fresco.
