Layout
The interior spaces of Villa Katy feature both sleek and curvy surfaces adorned in a palette of white, black, and grey, creating a relaxing and modern ambiance. The stone walls complement the minimalistic furniture, evoking a sense of contemporary elegance and simplicity. The expansive 400m2 dwelling extends across three levels, offering ample space to host up to 10 guests in its 5 en-suite bedrooms with comfort and ease.


Ground Floor
The ground floor boasts a welcoming living room adorned with a corner sofa, chaise lounge, and a plush round sofa chair, all centered around a generous 65-inch smart TV. Adjacent to this inviting space, an indoor dining area is set to accommodate up to 10 guests, while floor-to-ceiling sliding doors effortlessly connect this area to the pool terrace, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end built-in appliances, featuring an island counter complete with hobs and a built-in extractor for a stylish and functional culinary space. Additionally, there is a WC situated here for added convenience. Also, two of the bedrooms are location on the ground floor. The first one offers a 1.80 x 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower cabin, and beautiful views of both the terrace and the sea, with convenient direct access to the garden. The second bedroom features 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00), an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower cabin, and access to the lawn covered terrace, affording beautiful views.


First Floor
The first floor of the villa boasts a stunning bedroom offering splendid vistas, featuring a spacious 1.80 x 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom with a convenient shower cabin, and direct access to the garden. All bedrooms are equipped with quality mattresses, a 32" Smart TV, individually controllable A/C, ample wardrobe space, and a stylish vanity area to enhance comfort.


Lower Floor
The first floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms of Villa Katy, one of which features a bedroom with a spacious 1.80 x 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom complete with an overhead shower cabin, and direct access to a private terrace perched next to the rugged rock surface, providing a tranquil retreat with a seating area. The last bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a cozy lounge chair with an ottoman, an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower cabin, and access to the grass-covered terrace, as well as access to a private seating area.
A pool table is available on this floor for added enjoyment. Youll also find a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The outdoor space has been meticulously landscaped, preserving the natural rocky terrain and enhancing it with the addition of carefully cultivated herbs and plants, thus retaining the distinctive character of the landscape. The exterior of Villa Katy offers picturesque vistas of Elounda and the distant allure of Spinalonga and offers a variety of amenities, which include:
- A private 55 sq.m. swimming pool featuring a hydromassage function, 1.5 m in depth, and ladder access; option for pool heating throughout the stay with an extra daily fee, upon request.
- BBQ amenities situated under a shaded pergola, equipped with a charcoal grill, and an outdoor dining area for up to 10 people, creating a perfect setting for al fresco dining.
