1. Must Read: Cha-Am and Hua Hin is a long beach about 30 kms, so it is wise to have your transportation to stay in Cha-Am and Hua Hin, unless you stay at main city near the Bangkok Hospital area. I suggest you rent the car from the airport and drive to this beach area by using GPS. Taxi is available with advance notice through GRAB application (no taxi is available with short notice booking). However, if you wish to rent motorbike or car, please contact host at early stay. We have a regular shop to rent you motorbike and car by dropping off and pick up vehicles from this apartment. They do charge for delivery of Thb350 flat rate plus vehicle rental fee, depending on your choice of vehicle renting. Motorbike rental fee can be in between Thb300-350per day and car can be in between Thb1,000-1,500 per day. We had many guests booked and cancelled due to limited knowledge about location of Cha-Am and Hua Hin, then expect to use public transportation, which is not available, except bus between cities. Please understand about transportation for living in Cha-Am and Hua Hin beach area.

2. The Cha-Am and Hua Hin are weekend holiday destinations for local, so during the week, you will be surprised to see very few residents staying in the building. It will be very quiet and some guests feel lonely of not seeing many people in the building and compound until weekend. If you want to stay in quiet listings then Cha-Am and Hua Hin are the best destination for you, however, if you expect to live in more live and busy then Pattaya/Phuket are the best destinations.

3. This apartment is on 2nd floor with 100% sea view and facing big pool of this compound, however, you have to walk down one floor to reach the swimming pool. We have big balcony with chairs for you to enjoy your stay at balcony most of the time. At night, we do not find mosquitos too, it might be due to the beachfront.

4. This apartment has everything you need during your stay. We have long time experience of hospitality business, so we have put all appliances, comfortable mattress, good air con and Super Fast WIFI for your stay. It has everything you need for your stay such as large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, Hood, utensils, pan, plates, bowls, spoon, knives, sink and others. There are 2 bicycles for you and your family to go 7-11 and restaurants or ride for exercise.

5. There are sofa bed in living room, which can turn to Queen size bed and we provide one queen bed plus one more single bed in the bedroom. Please book as per the right number of guests staying as there is a fee applied to arrange sofa bed, which is for 4/5 guests staying.

6. There are sea foods restaurants at beachfront named Sang Wien Restaurant and mini mart, other shops, walking from our beach towards the right side of the compound. There is one restaurant at this compound too.

7. Best jogging by the beach and swimming in the big pools.

8. Clubhouse is not available for short-term tenants. For long stay, clubhouse can be arranged with 6 months member/fee applied.

What are not provided in this apartment:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb600, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer and clothes hanger during your stay.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this building.

Beachfront project has all the facilities you needed with private Fiber Optic wifi. Infinity pool beachfront so you will enjoy beach and pools. Beautiful sunrise and sunset, just feel like living in Paradise.

Free parking and swimming pool.

The clubhouse is not available for short-term tenant, due to their crazy management rule. For more than 6 months stay, 2 person are allowed to use Gym and Clubhouse facilities, as the building management will make a clubhouse cards for tenants with 6 months stay (minimum period to change clubhouse cards ownership from Landlord to tenants, there is a fee for this arrangement but it is worth to do it, as there are bowling lanes, pool table, game room, Mega size Gym, basket ball and other facilities. This will kill you time during your stay, so much enjoyment).

It is very well secure with all securities. It is very peaceful and walk through beach to go to the best seafoods restaurants named Sang Wien Restaurant on the beachfront. Better to rent the car or motorbike to go around Hua Hin and Cha-Am cities, contact host, if you want to rent it during your stay.
