Villa Sophie is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, boasting a private swimming pool and fantastic sea views, located just a stones’ throw from the popular Malama Beach in Kapparis. Just a few minutes’ walk will bring you to Kennedy Avenue, where you can enjoy the many shops, bars, and restaurants it has to offer; plus you have the added benefit of easy access to the stunning natural coastal path, with Fireman’s Beach, Malama Beach and even more secluded sandy coves to discover.

The Space:
The villa itself offers a spacious, open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which lead out to the private garden and swimming pool. The living area has 3 sofas offering plenty of space to relax, with the option to unwind further with some TV. The dining table seats 8 guests, meaning the whole family can enjoy a meal together while keeping cool indoors. The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage and worktop space. It comes fully equipped for both cooking and washing to make your stay as comfortable as possible and has a feature breakfast bar, meaning guests can enjoy a nice brunch together before heading out for the day. There is also a downstairs W/C and shower.

The villa has 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a private veranda. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pushed together to create a king size bed and a spacious balcony with beautiful views of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a cot available for those travelling with infants, with access to the family bathroom which offers a second walk-in shower.

The outdoor space is wonderful for enjoying the amazing weather Cyprus has to offer! Enjoy a cold drink or two on the comfortable rattan lounge set, dine al fresco around the outdoor dining table and chairs, top up your tan on the sunbeds, and enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool – Villa Sophie covers it all!
