The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Ligurian house situated on a stepped slope. The slope of the hill is not particularly demanding, but it may make the walk not very comfortable for those with walking difficulties or those carrying bulky luggage.

Once inside the apartment, you will find the kitchen, which, although small, is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You will find a round table with four chairs, perfect for enjoying your meals together or planning your adventures during your stay.

The dining room is particularly bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the roofs and terraces of the city. This view offers a unique atmosphere and will allow you to enjoy the characteristic panoramas of this charming Ligurian location.

The apartment offers a welcoming and fascinating environment, perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the beauty of the Ligurian surroundings. However, it is important to keep in mind the slope of the hill and the stairs up to the third floor, which could be challenging for some people. In this regard, the Sant\'Anna funicular is available, which covers a stretch of 370 metres in length and 54 metres in height, starting from Piazza Portello and reaching the residential district of the ring road on the hill, in via Bertani. From there, you can then walk down the steps.

If the intervention of a staff member is required after 8 pm, an extra fee of 50 euros will be requested, to be paid in cash upon their arrival.

To make your stay even more serene, at check-in you can choose between paying a security deposit or a very convenient waiver of only 30 euros, which will cover you from any accidental damage in the apartment, without worries or blocked funds on your account.
