We stayed for a golfing holiday and it is in an ideal location. The villa is only a short walk from benalmadena pueblo a great little village with good shops and restaurants.The villa itself is perfect for large party’s with large kitchen and barbecue area.We will definitely be looking to stay again in future.

Really lovely villa with everything you need

Really lovely villa with everything you need. The outside area was perfect with a dining table, sunbeds, and a beautiful pool. The local area was so nice and had restaurants/bars, although there is a big hill to walk up if you choose to walk. We got Ubers frequently due to this, but could not recommend the Villa and Benalmadena enough. Huge recommendations and we would love to come back.

Summer 2024

The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped, the rep from the agency met us on arrival and gave us some very useful information about the area, shops, taxis, buses etc., lovely pool and barbeque area, perfect for a family or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, 10/15 minute walk to the beautiful old town of Pueblo, only downside was that the area around it is very hilly but the local taxi service are excellent and not overly expensive, thank you Rosa from Cubo's and the lovely couple who own the villa ! A small fridge/freezer on the ground floor would be ideal for drinks, ice-creams and barbeque food !

The house was large and there was room for the eleven of us. We loved the fact there were enough bathrooms. We enjoyed our time there and the kids loved the pool. It's a fantastic house though quite far from the sea but the place needed some TLC. When we arrived the ground floor smelt damp as cushions from the pool areas were spread out over the whole of the floor to dry. Many of the garden chairs were broken. We went in the autumn half term. It was cold at night. Not enough blankets were provided on the beds. We eventually found some blankets high up in one of the wardrobes. There was only one pillow per person. The oven in the kitchen wouldn't get hot enough to cook simple things like oven chips for the children and one of the hot plates on the hob didn't work.. There were not enough towels and we had to pay for more. If these things were put right it would easily merit five stars.

Wir haben Ihre Anmerkungen zur Kenntnis genommen und werden sie mit dem Wartungsteam und der Hausverwaltung besprechen. Der Zustand der Gartenmöbel, die Küchenausstattung, die Verfügbarkeit von Decken, Kissen und Handtüchern sowie die Belüftung im Erdgeschoss wurden zur Überprüfung und Verbesserung notiert. Wir werden auch die Funktionsfähigkeit des von Ihnen erwähnten Backofens und Herds überprüfen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, in einer ruhigen Gegend etwas weiter von der Küste entfernt. Wir verstehen, dass dies nicht jedem zusagt. Wir schätzen Ihr konstruktives Feedback sehr. Solche Rückmeldungen helfen uns, den Aufenthalt für zukünftige Gäste zu verbessern.

We stayed at this property as a group of 10, two families with small children, and experienced multiple issues that made it unsuitable. The house has amazing seaviews which are beautiful and you can drive to so many amazing places from the house.Parking was very difficult, with no off-road option i asked if we could park througj the side gate and was told not available. very limited street spaces on a steep hill, often far from the house. Ongoing building work opposite added noise and reduced parking further.The layout was not family-friendly, with no suitable shared space. The main TV was small and outdated with no streaming services. A second TV in the basement was unusable due to damp smell and no heating. The downstairs bedroom also had the damp odour.The property felt outdated overall; shutters didn’t open properly and would slam shut, and internal doors creaked, jammed, and caused noise at night.There were not enough towels initially, and those provided were thin and worn. No bath mats made bathrooms slippery, and no tea towels were supplied. Maintenance issues included a broken hob ring and a washing machine that wouldn’t complete a cycle. Kitchen items were lacking, with no cereal bowls and chipped plates. We decided to leave a day early just because it was pretty dark in the house and uncomfortable i notified the property manger. She was very helpful. I then found the deposit was not refunded promptly; i waited eight days and complained to receive it.

Heel erg genoten van deze week. Alles was goed geregeld en het contact was erg goed. Het was een hele fijne omgeving met eigenlijk van alles in de buurt. Ook hebben we dagtripjes gemaakt naar andere stadjes dichtbij en naar het strand. Was allemaal goed te doen.

Met onze groep van mannen een fijn verblijf gehad. Ideaal in de zomer door het zwembad dat erbij zit en de 2 koelkasten. Inchecken en uitchecken was gemakkelijk en er zijn genoeg voorzieningen!

Era lo suficientemente grande para alojar a toda la familia, éramos 10 en total, y aun así, teníamos mucho espacio. La piscina fue el centro de diversión para todos. ¡Altamente recomendado para grupos grandes!
