The living-dining room is a bright space with a double sofa bed, television and dining table perfect for spending time in the company of your loved ones, direct access to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils.
It has two comfortable rooms, each equipped with two double beds, providing a relaxing environment for a good rest. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, which provides additional privacy. Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WiFi, heating and television.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
