Built in 2002, this two story home features a cozy loft overlooking the great room, hardwood and tile floors, a walk-out basement, deck and patio lakeside, and a roomy back porch. A back yard provides a spacious play area.
Located on a quiet beach road in the heart of the Finger Lakes, this lake front home is within easy driving distance of shopping, entertainment, state parks, wineries, breweries and historical sites. Popular wine and boat tours are available in the area.
The beach, with a dock, deck, and electric boat hoist (4000 lb. limit) is a great place for swimming, boating, fishing and relaxing.

The house is simply delightful, with a large main floor, kitchen, and bedroom for my parents. We had an upstairs bedroom. The evenings watching the sunset were outstanding! And it's in a great location. Very easy to connect with Gerry and Penny if we needed anything.

Perfect spot for summer getaway!

The house was in a perfect spot, overlooking Seneca Lake with a great view, spacious backyard and dock in excellent shape! The house was super clean with all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this cozy location in the heart of the Finger Lakes!

We came up yo this this property with a group of friends for a quick get away and the property is amazing, the views are fabulous, the lake water was super clear, and the sunsets were incredible. Penelope and Jerry were more then accommodating, we hope to stay here again!

Girls’ Weekend

Perfect Place for a Quiet Getaway

The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our four night stay. The owner actually stopped by to welcome us shortly after we arrived. Located close to vineyards, breweries and the town of Geneva, however it is located off the main road so it is quiet, peaceful, and has a nice view of the lake from the deck.

Lovely home on Seneca Lake

We loved our stay at this lovely little home, located in Geneva, NY, on the shores of Seneca Lake. The location was very convenient to restaurants, wineries and breweries in the area. The home had most everything we needed for our four night stay. It was clean and comfortable. The owners greeted us upon arrival, and were very helpful and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfy and clean

Our family of 5adults stayed for a week. The owner live 2nd house down and met us on arrival. House was just what we were looking and accommodated us very well. It is located in a quiet out of the way location, but is close enough to the attractions in the area.

Lovely views of Lake Seneca

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location on the lake with beautiful views. We used the charcoal Weber grill several nights to cook dinner and enjoyed hanging out on the back deck and down by the water. We had everything we needed. It is also a convenient location - not far from Geneva and several wineries.
