Step into a warm and inviting home designed for relaxation and memorable moments. The entrance porch is ideal for leaving shoes before you enter the spacious hallway. From here, stairs lead to two upper floors where beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms await. A handy cloakroom with WC and basin is also located off the hallway for your convenience.

The living room is a cozy haven with plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for movie nights on the flat-screen TV featuring Sky channels, plus streaming options like Netflix and Amazon Prime (guests will need to use their own login details).

Dine, Cook & Gather
Flowing from the lounge is a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area. The large dining table seats eight comfortably, making it perfect for family meals or group gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. We provide a starter pack with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, and dishwasher tablets, plus complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and kitchen roll.

Your Private Outdoor Escape
Step outside into a secluded garden—a peaceful spot to relax after a day exploring or sunbathing on the famous Viking Bay Beach. The garden is secure and pet-friendly, complete with an outdoor tap for rinsing sandy paws.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Sweet Dreams
On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms:

Two elegant double rooms with king-size beds (one with an ensuite featuring a large shower).
A cozy bunk room perfect for kids or extra guests.
This floor also has a main bathroom with a bath, separate shower, WC, and basin.

The top floor offers a tranquil reading nook with an armchair and soft lighting, plus a versatile fourth bedroom with two singles that can convert into a king bed upon request.

Thoughtful Touches Throughout
All bedrooms feature ample storage, quality linens, and plush towels. Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries for your comfort.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is approx 15 minutes away by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

The house comes with an added bonus of garage with space to park one car, plus there is unrestricted street parking as well.

Up to 2 small/meduim sized well behaved dogs will be permitted to stay - a pet fee is payable. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed on beds - please bring covers to put furnishings. Please remember let us know if you will be bringing your furry friend/s.
