The tennis court will be fully renovated (2027) into a full-size, multi-use sports court suitable for tennis, five-a-side football, and basketball, with removable posts and nets. The court is equipped with night-time flood lighting, allowing use during the evening. For younger children, there is a dedicated play area with a small slide, swing, and sandpit.

Inside, Casa Vista Alta offers comfortable living and dining spaces designed for relaxed family stays. The accommodation includes four bedrooms, with two bedrooms offering flexible bed configurations that can be set up as either super-king or twin beds, and two bedrooms arranged as fixed super-king rooms.
