**CONSTRUCTION UPDATE**
JUNE 2025: Ongoing cladding work surrounding our window and balcony. Balcony door is locked for safety reasons. While there's a small opening for ventilation, access is restricted to prevent climbing onto the scaffolding.

Our property is located in the heart of Ancoats, a vibrant and central neighborhood in Manchester. The property is surrounded by canals in every direction, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Despite its peaceful location, 2 Lampwick Lane is also perfectly accessible. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and it is also close to both bus and Metrolink stops. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that Manchester has to offer.
The neighborhood is also known for being friendly and safe, making it a great place to stay for families, couples, and solo travellers alike.
**Things to do within a short walk**
- Visit the Ancoats canals
- Enjoy a meal or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood
- Take a walk or bike ride along the canal towpath
- Visit the People's History Museum
- Take a bus or Metrolink to Manchester city center

+ By train: From MAN Airport to Manchester Piccadilly, then 7minute walk from station.
+ By bus: Take the 43 service from airport for 60minutes, then walk 12minutes from Portland Street

Before you book:
DETAILED CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - There is ongoing construction cladding work at the property site. Scaffolding surrounds all sides of the building and dedicated footpath are made by contractors for Health and Safety. The balcony and windows at this apartment are fully covered by scaffolding and sheeting material, which means that the view is fully obstructed. Balcony door is locked for safety reasons. While there's a small opening for ventilation, access is restricted to prevent climbing onto the scaffolding. There will be active construction works throughout the day on weekdays, but it's periodic drilling only with no loud disruptive noises. The accommodation facilities such as bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are not affected in any way by the construction. Ventilation is still efficient, and heating is not affected. Works expected to last until End of 2025.
Sofa Bed Usage - Additional charges apply for the usage of sofabed, regardless of number of guests. Please let management team know if you wish to use the sofabed, and if you'd like us to dress the bed prior to your arrival. You must give us as much advance notice as possible to give us chance to facilitate this otherwise it may become unavailable to use during your stay.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
