Wonderful place!! Bright & airy & peaceful space, plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Places to walk close by and plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Quick access to I-25 and all rhe surrounding communities. We were blessed with several unseasonably warm days for late Oct/early Nov and even sat on the deck! We've rented other places n the area while visiting fily and all were in basements so we were usually too hot or too cold. This spacw has it's own heat/air & thermostat!! Would highly recommend.

My fiance stayed here for a conference and it was nothing but perfect. Our least favorite thing is going to a barebones property, this space was the complete opposite. It felt as if we were staying in someone’s house -not just an extension of one- where there was every cooking utensil you needed, soaps, extra blankets, etc. Gave us a sense of nostalgia! Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property. The neighborhood was quiet, we were walking distance to a nice place to eat. We used this place to work remotely and it was perfect. There wasn't anything lacking at all. We'd love to stsy again.

Quiet and comfortable

Our stay was great and very great location for heading across the street to the HS for a training. It was clean and comfortable. Some info regarding local food or ground transportation options may be nice for any folks staying without a car, but this is probably unusual.Only issue was that the washer tripped a circuit for some reason, and also the Tide pods seemed to get stuck so that the clothes smelled REALLY strongly even with lots of rinses. Wasn't anyone's fault (except the circuit's! Pun intended!).

Clean and cozy

Stayed for 5 days, this place was very, clean, cozy,close to everything. Cindy was very nice & accommodating. I definitely will stay there again. I would give 10 stars if allowed me.

I would stay here again

Cindy was communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Plenty of space for one or two people. Immaculately clean. I was very careful to follow her directions about turning off the air conditioning when leaving during the day… Except when I left the property for good this morning… Sorry, Cindi :) different people will think it’s a plus or minus: it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood across from a school. Transportation definitely required; it’s not a walking neighborhood.

Perfect home base

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary by treating each other to a weekend in Colorado finishing with a show at Red Rocks. Our initial communication with the owner was seamless. We spent so much time out that there was never a need to speak with them once we were there. It had all of the amenities that we could ask for along with a deliciously comfortable bed. In addition it was a great location as it was close to the interstate and anything else that we needed while also feeling comfortable and safe.8

Comfy spot, AND things to know

We stayed for 20 days. Unit is comfy, good space in kitchen/living area, laundry/closet and bathroom. Bed was comfortable, linens, toilet paper, etc all well stocked. Appreciated hangers in closet, supplies for dishwasher and W-D, Brita water pitcher, and cute deck outside (though too cold for us to use). Things to know: The unit is above the garage. When owners leave/return you hear it, regardless of time of day or day of week. Location is across from a high school. Lots of traffic early in the morning and mid afternoon. Unit is close to major thoroughfares and you hear a lot of road noise all hours day/night. ADU is accessed by an unlit staircase (17 stairs) making it difficult to navigate at night and slick in bad weather. During our visit there was no iron/ironing board or hair dryer. No GFI safety outlets in the kitchen or bathroom. I could not use my curling iron as it tripped the circuits and we had to go down to the garage to access the breaker box. Kitchen has some amenities- missing items include a working can opener, no lights above stove, missing vent screen above stove, minimal dish and glassware, minimal pots/pans, cooking utensils, serving utensils, bowls or pitcher (other than the Brita). Made cooking challenging.We shared concerns with the owner who was receptive to some upgrades. She was responsive and friendly when we reached out. Hopefully there will be some improvements made to create a more livable space.

Oh my gosh, this little cottage is an absolute gem! It’s so homey and private and just an amazing little place, on a quiet street and everything that was advertised but way beyond our expectations! I would definitely recommend this cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Fantastic place for a solo trip!!

This place exceeded expectations, especially considering the low price I paid. We also got hit with a historic snowstorm while I was there, and I am so glad I had all the amenities, a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry of all things, which is rare to find sometimes for a single person apartment. On the day of the snowstorm I looked outside onto the deck, and the owner was shovelling snow off the back deck/steps to make a pathway for me so I wouldn't slip. So thoughtful and kind! Place seemed on the newer side and well kept. Note to people staying- rent a car if you're travelling from outside of Colorado and have extra stuff to carry. It's hard to get to places with public transportation if you have a limited amount of time, and it's way easier to just drive. If you have time, you don't have much stuff, and it's not snowing I'm sure the public transportation is fine!

Amazing place!!!

Perfect from booking to saying goodbye. Beautiful one bedroom above the garage, very private. I didn't cook, but it looked lie a fully stocked kitchen. Cindy did an excellent job decorating- very luxurious but still very homey - PERFECT!!! Comfortable bed, good shower, loved having coffee on the deck in the morning. Thank you Cindy, it was a wonderful place to call home for a couple days!!! Thank you Cin

Nice location & clean, updated apartment

Overall I would rent this place again. However the hostess informed us that the VRBO time for check out at 8pm was INCORRECT, actual check out time was 11:00am which we discovered at 10:25am on that morning. Made for a hasty exit for me and my 85 yo mother which was stressful. This is the 1st VRBO that the host/hostess did not meet us and we've been in a few.

Perfect for our short stay

This home was so enjoyable. It was comfortable and had everything we needed from a stove, oven and washer and dryer. My husband and I only stayed for 2 night but it felt like home away from home. Would love to stay here again!
