Situated in Sea Magic Park, right next to the sea, beach, and mountains, the apartment offers a delightful setting. Enjoy lazy days and late evenings on the spacious terrace overlooking the pool.

Here, you gain access to a plethora of amenities, including beaches, proximity to golf banana, a large pool, gym, indoor pool, sauna, spa, playground, restaurant/bar, grocery store, pharmacy, parking, and the option to book airport transfers and rental cars.

Our fresh apartment is conveniently located by the main pool in Sea Magic Park, with the Ocean Blue restaurant, gym, and spa just a few meters away. A brief 5-minute walk leads you to the public beach.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, as well as the pool, sauna, gym, and spa. The on-site property manager is available Monday to Saturday to address any questions or concerns, and final cleaning is included. Additionally, arrival packages with food and drinks can be ordered if desired, communicated at least 7 days before arrival.

Situated on the Esentepe coast, just east of Kyrenia, Sea Magic Park offers a prime location with turquoise blue waters, fine beaches, and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The village and coastal area boast numerous restaurants, and the nearest grocery store and pharmacy are conveniently located 500m away.

While local buses are available, a rental car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas at your own pace. We are here to assist with transfers from Larnaca, Paphos, or Ercan airport, as well as booking a rental car for your convenience.
