Sinun täytyy nähdä tämä ainutlaatuinen, eräänlainen ominaisuus on muotoiltu pyramidiksi. Sitä kutsutaan yleisesti nimellä "Pyramid House". Se on valtava 5 600 neliön jalka talon koostuu kolmesta tasosta elintilaa. Talossa on yhteensä 6 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Kuudes makuuhuone on yksi suosituimmista huoneista, koska se on kyydissä Pyramid-talon yläosassa ja siinä on queen-vuode, parivuode ja yhden hengen vuode. Tämä suosittu huone on eri ikkunoita kaikilla neljällä seinillä ja toimii tarkkailutasona. Eniten puhuttu ominaisuus on 10 000 dollarin lasipiste / yläosa / katto Pyramid Housen huippuunsa. Jos talo on TOO BIG-talo voidaan erottaa tai duplexoida 4 makuuhuoneen sviittiin (3600 neliömetrin) ja 2 makuuhuoneen sviittiin (2000 neliömetriä). VRBO: sta on erilliset luettelot näistä kahdesta muusta vaihtoehdosta halvemmalla hinnalla.

Talossa on teatteri-huone, jossa on baarikeittiö, juhlatila tai juhlatila, johon mahtuu 30 henkilöä ja suuri patio, johon mahtuu 50 vierasta suurelle BBQ: lle.

Just One Suggestion

Overall the home was a wonderful place to hold our annual celebration of all the holidays in one long weekend. The only suggestion I have for the owner to update the stove on the main level ( it takes forever to boil water) and you need more pans and cookware. It was extremely difficult to cook large meals. The house is very nice and location was great. The parking was great. Most properties don’t realize that you need ample parking for different family members coming from many locations.

Great location for a family gathering! Nice to have everyone under one roof!

This house is very unique and we had a lot of fun with a group of 16 from ages 17 to 83! The house was very clean. It was very beneficial with a large group to have 3 different family rooms during a rainy day to watch college football, golf and baseball at the same time. The house has three different kitchen areas which was nice to have the extra refrigerator space. The larger kitchen and dining area was spacious to prep food and allow us to eat together. The dining room then met our needs for card and board games. We had an amazing weekend and enjoyed the Pyramid house. We would definitely recommend this house and location for a gathering of family and/or friends. The location is also excellent as we walked to the Surf Ballroom and Museum and to downtown Clear Lake! We will definitely be visiting Clear Lake and the Pyramid house again!

Clear Lake - - was FUN!

We had such fun in Clear Lake! There was much to do! A great worship service in the park, Thursdays on Main (complete with food trucks and bounce house), Surf Ballroom and the beautiful clear lake! Our family enjoyed the spacious Pyramid House with 4-6 bedrooms. We had plenty of cooking space and utensils. The owner is working to keep things in good repair. The backyard and side yards are small so we kept our croquet to the front :)! Our own personal disappointment was not being able to find a dock for our boating needs, however. And there are 3 beaches on the lake but not readily available to the house location.. Somehow - we managed to get swimming anyway!!

First Family Reunion: 30 people, from 4 states - 3 nights

Mixed feelings. Because of my amazing family, we had a good time. If all went well, we'd make it an annual visit at the Pyramid House. Well-turns out, we won't. First of all-the large house handled 30 of us with enough parking, in/outdoor seating, a large kitchen, 2 cooking areas, plus the location and Clear Lake itself -fantastic! Not surprisingly, there were some minor issues: exposed nails, dirty curtains, no screens, patio door didn't latch, coffee pot didn't work, filthy grill utensils left outside, bathroom lock didn't work. Also- worse issues: bed with no slats so mattress unstable, basement door did not lock, lots of spiders, and mouse droppings. The maintenance was poor: AC not working, furnace filters wrong size/filthy. These things can be fixed with proper maintenance. The biggest problem : we had difficulty with Joe (Jody) -the owner (same person?). Poor communication. He was "tired"/driving/family issue when I'd ask a ?, did not respond. Online info is not accurate. Bed layout- etc did not match the description online . AC was not working. Joe told me the AC was fixed, but it was not even connected. It took 1.5 days and multiple calls / texts to get AC fixed. Joe told me I could cancel the VRBO reservation due to dissatisfaction, get a refund, and rent the home next door, privately from him in cash/VENMO. In this way, he said he wouldn't have to pay VRBO his contracted $. He said he was trying to "help" and wanted no bad review. It didn't feel helpful.

Run down

This property needs a tremendous amount of work. The perimeter has evidence of water damage. The front door is uninviting. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. Not much yard to enjoy socializing in. But it was unique to stay in. The kids enjoyed the large TVs. There was plenty of space for everyone. All of us can brag about living in a pyramid.

We had a family reunion of three generations.

Bedrooms spaced throughout the three levels-quite adequate. Great location. Kitchens adequate. Great place for our family reunion. Families traveled in from 4 states.

Pyramid Reunion

It's unique in its shape! The decor inside is very fun and keeps with the Egyptian theme. The main kitchen is really large and accommodating. The bathrooms are okay--adequate, but arranged a little awkwardly. We had trouble with the AC when we arrived but the owner and onsite manager went out of their way to deliver us from the 90 degree heat. The bananas that were left in the kitchen invited an army of fruit flies :( Staying at the house was a fun experience.

We had a family Christmas gathering at the pyramid house and it was perfect! We had plenty of room for sports on tv, games, presents and dinners.

Family burial

Very spacious house for my family of 31 . 26 members were present. Space for all. Few structural problems-rain caused roof leak over bunk bed-had to relocate persons sleeping there, door seals not good -many BUGS came inside, ice maker not working, ran out of paper products such as toilet paper ,paper towels ,etc Overall lots of parking space and family space. We had a GREAT WEEKEND!!! Thank you.

50th wedding anniversary celebration

The accommodations were huge. Beds all over!!! Due to the fact that we paid a LOTof money for 3 nights for this VRBO we expected more. Many light bulbs were missing, we ran out of paper towels, the area behind the refrigerator upstairs was a mess, The water pressure in he lower bath shower was a dribble. The plates and silverware were clean but we had to wash all bowls and pans before using them.. The beds.were not made. The carpets in the lower level smelled wet and musty.

Book this place!

This place is absolutely amazing! The photos do not do it justice. Very spacious and perfect for large groups. The property manager was extremely understanding and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this property or the people who own it! Book "The Pyramid House," you won't regret it!

Iconic and Great for a large group.

We had a fun family reunion. The Pyramid house had room for all our kids and grandkids to have a fun time together. Clear Lake is a cute town with plenty to do.

House needs work! Great location though!

The property needs lots of work and was under renovation while we were there. There was no way had enough beds/rooms to sleep 30 like advertised due to the renovation. Pictures do not show proper condition of house. General house cleaning was not acceptable. Really loved the layout and especially the location of the house! Great fun town with lots to do! Swimming, boat rentals, cute shops, lots of fantastic small town feel restaurants with family friendly atmospheres! House layout great too..hope this property gets into shape! Owner was apologetic, but still a lot of many to pay for substandard conditions.

Unique property, needs repair work.

Thirteen adults stayed at this property April 13 - 15, 2018. The first night there was a heavy rain, the roof leaked in various places around the entryway, water ran down the walls into the lower level two front bedrooms, water soaked ceilings, walls, floors and soaked two of the beds making them unusable both of the nights.Three people had to sleep on couches in other areas of the house. The lower level bedroom in the NW corner of the house had a very musty smell, so there may have been moisture or water damage in that area as well. The second night there was a snowstorm and some kind of animal sought refuge in the ceiling of the lower level kitchen area, running around and scratching and apparently trying to get out. Obviously we did not use the lower level kitchen area the second night, just closed the door to the living area. The snow removal truck arrived the next morning to clear the driveway and front steps of snow and ice, however the front stairs were still very icy and there isn't any hand rail anywhere on the front steps to navigate safely. There are two decks off of the main living area, however neither of the decks have any railing around them. All of these items were conveyed to the owner on April 15, 2018 who promised a partial refund of the rental fee as compensation for the problems experienced. Text messages were sent again on May 20 and again on June 28, but no refund has been received as of July 16, 2018, more than 90 days after the rental dates. The response given is that he will check with VRBO. It seems that VRBO needs to check on this property and this owner.

Close to the lake

Had the a blast. Owners are great to work with. This place has enough space for you to be with others and to still have personal space.
