Great 3 bedroom family condo w/ clubhouse and newly remodeled kitchen!

Our condo is located just up the hill in Fraser, just a short drive to Fraser's tubing hill or skiing at Winter Park. There is a free ski shuttle that picks you up right outside the door. After a day of skiing come relax at the amazing clubhouse with a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, racquetball, and weight room. The kitchen is brand new - floor to ceiling. The entrance level has a garage and ski locker, while the main level has 1 bedroom with 2 bunks and a walkout deck, a newly-remodeled bathroom, and the spacious eating and living areas with brand new wood floors. Enjoy the beautiful views of Byers Peak on the front deck. Upstairs you'll find a master suite with an updated bathroom and deck and a loft bedroom with a queen bed and a private NEWLY remodeled bathroom.

We're located just up the hill from the town of Fraser, a quaint town with plenty of shopping, dining, wineries, and a great tubing hill for the whole family. Fraser is a short 10-minute drive to the slopes of Winter Park, and a 5-minute drive to the town, complete with everything from restaurants, shops, and even a movie theater and bowling alley.

Winter isn't the only beautiful time of year here, as the summers are just as magnificent. Enjoy plenty of beautiful hikes, an alpine slide, biking, and numerous festivals in the town park amphitheater.

Granby and Grand Lake are a short drive away and offer skiing, as well as golf courses and other summer activities. If you're up for a national treasure, Rocky Mountain National Park is an hour drive from Fraser and offers some of the most scenic views of Colorado.

Our second time staying here.

This was our forth trip to Fraser and second time renting this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable, well equipped and close to everything. Perfect for our ski trip.

Four of us stayed Jun 26-29 for Blues Fest. Really appreciated the comfort of three bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms on this open floor plan with great Mountain View’s and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. Enjoyed sitting on the deck, hearing a distant moose calling. While we didn’t get a chance to use the rec center I visited it and was impressed how well it was maintained and what it had to offer. We would definitely stay at this location again. G&M

We had a wonderful time. The owner was very responsive and genuinely cared that we enjoy our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, great linens, amenties, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, truly everything you could need and all in good condition. The view is is amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet. We did not use the clubhouse or pool but been in before so you wouldn't be disappointed. So far this is our favorite place to stay in the Fraser/Winter Park area and we will definitely be back.

RMNP and a Wedding

This is a beautiful condo. Very quiet, comfortable and convenient. A moderate drive to the west gate of RMNP, but we chose it to attend a wedding with family events in Winter Park and Granby. It more than met the needs for me and my 3 adult children.

Perfect Spot

Had a great stay. This is my second time to Winter Park and I love it here. Amazing scenery and so much to do. The condo was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and just minutes to everything. Also, the garage is a nice bonus. Especially when we woke up to a few inches of fresh snow Sunday.

The condo space was very functional for our family of eight. and was well equipped for our needs. I appreciated the ease of communication with Julie the condo owner, and the location to all the activities we had planned was great. We had a little trouble opening and shutting the sliding windows and doors. We appreciated so much the opportunity to rent this condo for the week.

Nice space for large family

There was plenty of space for 5 of us to stay. My family had two other condos in the development, but our space was accommodating for gathering at dinners for all of us. We asked for an additional night to stay and Julie was able to make that happen. We felt the pool use was handled well (covid.) Overall, great rental and recommend to others.

Fabulous place!

It was really snowing so we didn't go around town like we would have wanted, but we're cozy staying in! The property is comfortable, well maintained, and close to the clubhouse. We enjoyed our traditional Thanksgiving weekend up here with family, the others renting other condos. We played some competitive Pictionary including the young children and had an absolute blast. We will stay again definitely.

Great mountain getaway!

This was a great place to celebrate our 30th anniversary with our family. We had 3 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and plenty of room. Great views from deck and the kids loved the swimming pool. Condo was clean and the bathrooms had been updated. Would certainly come back to this condo.

I was so happy to have chosen my stay here. We had plenty of room for all my family. Kitchen was amazingly equipped with most essentials, would have loved to have a blender. My kids really enjoyed all the board games available in their room. I’m glad there was two balconies, because one was unavailable due to the sliding door being jammed. I was also concerned with one shower tub being backed up. However, I would love to stay here again if I would ever return. It was a spacious living area that allowed us to share meals all together and enjoy each other company by the fireplace.
