Great Place

This location and size fit our needs perfect for our 19 night stay, despite a minor hot water problem, the owners went out of there way to accommodate, condo was very clean and cozy, would highly recommend

Great ski/ride location getaway

We had a great stay while enjoying Winter Park for a ski/ride weekend! Paula was very responsive and helpful! All the amenities of home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the supplies needed. Location was great!

Wonderful unit

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, decoration and all provided furnishing for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the fishing right out the back door! Very nice unit, well appointed, and thoughtful efforts by the owner.

Spring break in the snow

Very easy to access, only one set of stairs, plenty of parking, loved that my daughter was able to walk out back and sled on the 10 foot hill. Fireplace was warm and easy to use. Plenty of room for the three of us that stayed, could have fit a couple more too. Everything we could ask for. Very clean and comfy. Hope to return next year.

Perfect Getaway

This beautiful condo had more space than we expected and is in a great location. The owners were prompt with all communications, friendly, and even provided a binder of various activities in the area for guests. It exceeded our expectations on every level.

Great place, great location

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Very close to a grocery store and liquor store. Very close to a shuttle to take you to winter park or less than 10 minute drive to the base. Place was even bigger than expected from the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of board games to play. Large dining room table and couch area to hang in. Would 100% stay again!!

Ski trip

Had a great stay and was very convenient spot, would stay here again. Only two critiques I would make: 1) the entry way was extremely icy. 2) one of the bedrooms gets quite cold with the door closed.

Comfortable, well provisioned with everything you need, great location, spotless, couldn't be better

Paula has gone the extra mile in decorating the condo to add to the feeling you're on vacation in the Rockies. Nice view of Byers Peak; easy access to the Fraser River trail which is perfect for a morning stroll; the paved bike path to the resort base is just across the street. Paula was responsive and pleasant when we had a question. Having owned a condo on the ridge above Paula's for 25 years I came with high expectations, which were fully met. A solid five star in every way.

Cute ski spot with some flaws

The property is cute and there are lots of games and puzzles. But the thermostat and AV equipment is all under lock and key and the TV setup is wonky with an ancient remote required that was never designed for a Roku. And for a ski spot to not have enough heavy blankets is a big mis. Particularly when one of the bedrooms is barely heated.

Very Nice Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely updated, very clean, and the owner was excellent about getting information to us in advance as well as quickly answering any questions we had on our stay. And even though it was too cold to sit outside on the patio, we enjoyed the beautiful view through all the large windows in the living room!

Great Spot, Great Views

We really enjoyed Paula's condo. Plenty of space for 3 of us, good linens, comfy beds plus easy parking for 2 cars, and a lovely patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. Paula even provided fresh coffee beans for the grinder. Nice touch! We would definitely return.

Loved this condo!!

Beautiful condo! And so nicely decorated with quality furnishings from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedrooms! The location was perfect for easy access to groceries, gas, etc. as well as Winter Park and Granby ski resorts. Paula helped with anything we needed. Everyone in our family loved the experience!
