Welcome to our condo at 448 Cranmer Unit 103!
This charming pet-friendly 3-bedroom retreat offers a cozy getaway for up to 8 guests and easy access to downtown Fraser's breweries, restaurants and great year round outdoor activities.
A single level condo featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and gorgeous mountain views from the south facing windows. Step onto the private patio for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a Queen and adjacent alcove with a bunk bed for an extra sleeping space. Access for the third bathroom in the main hallway with washer and dryer.

Third Bedroom: Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Bed in the alcove
Unit amenities include Pet Friendly, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private deck, washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The condo is located on the ground floor.
Clubhouse amenities include outdoor heated pool, oversized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent. Kindly note the clubhouse is located a short walk from the condo.
Parking: There is parking for 1 car in the garage and additional parking is available in the open lot for up to 2 cars.

House Rules: No smoking is not allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

Property was very spacious, parking was great, views were tremendous (saw a moose in the creek below the property). Could easily fit perhaps 3-4 other people.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean, well equipped in the kitchen, and offered our family lots of space. We enjoyed the access to the athletic club across the street. The place was as it was pictured minus one detail: the bunkbed was not actually in a room. It seemed like the bunks and one queen bad shared a room, but the bunks are actually outside of the room. The owners did a great job in trying to create a private space, but it just surprised us. It was not an issue, just want future renters to better understand the layout. We also took full advantage of the bike-ability of this location. We could explore the Fraser/Winter Park area fully without needing to drive most of the time. I definitely recommend renting this space if you can!

Perfect stay for Friendsgiving and day on the slopes!

The place was super cozy and comfy, even for a larger group. Great quiet location with a well stocked kitchen. Only downside is the bunk beds are very shaky so def don’t plan on an adult sleeping on the top bunk.

Perfect one-night getaway

I wish we were able to stay longer at this property. There were only 4 of us, but it would have been perfect for even a bigger group. The property was very clean and so cozy. Thanks for the stay!

Absolutely Wonderful. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Having a garage space was absolutely a bonus. It will be our go to for the next trip to WP.

Great location, views, and spacious!

Property was just like in the photos! Clean, comfortable and spacious. With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a bunk nook, everyone had comfortable space. Check in was seamless, and an added bonus to have a garage space. Thanks for sharing your home, will visit again!

Nice stay for ski getaway

Very clean condo with a great view. The condo is very spacious and in a great location. It was nice to have access to the club house. A couple things to consider: If you are a group that likes to sit and play games, there is not a big enough table to do that. Also, the condo gets extremely hot and it is not easy to get a comfortable temperature to sleep at night. Lastly, you may want to call the management company the day of arrival and make sure that they have the walks shoveled. We had to carry our bags through a foot of snow. They did come the next day to shovel, but we were surprised that is hadn't been done for our arrival. All said, a pretty nice place to stay.

We will ask out maintenance team to check on the heating for the unit to adjust so it is more comfortable. We will also share your feedback on the snow removal with the HOA company for the property as we do not handle this directly only the renting of this unit.
