Amedeo is part of a modern renovated villa, located on the countryside around Lucca (only 5 km), with a big, completely fenced garden and a beautiful, set in the ground, swimming pool at the exclusive disposal of the guests.
Perfect for families with children and for guests travelling with pets.

The house is surrounded by a 500 sq.-sized garden, completely fenced, which allows guest to enjoy their holidays in full relax.
There is at the exclusive use of the guests a wonderful, set in earth, 5x9m, depth: 1.40m, swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella and a covered veranda with a table, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco.

The owners live in an apartment on the ground floor and will respect the guests’ privacy to the full.
Parking within the grounds, wifi included.
Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor: Entrance: living-cum-dining with 1 double bed settee, exit onto a terrace, tv, masonry-built kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, wc, spiral staircase leading to the ground floor: 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with wc, bidet, shower and basin.
Cosy country-style furnishings with beamed ceilings.
