Et hjørne af paradis i det toscanske landskab lige uden for middelalderens Lucca.

Dear Shaun, thank you so much for your kind words. We are very happy that you enjoyed our house and that you had a great time. We really hope to have you again in Lucca. You are wonderful guests. All the best, ciao, Carlo

Dear Cindy, thank you so much for this very positive review. I am very happy that you appreciated the different aspects and characteristics of Villa Chiara. Even when the weather is not so nice, it is possible to enjoy the comforts of the house (as you have pleasantly noticed), besides the beauties of the city of Lucca. Ingrid is really happy of the communication channel with you. We hope to see you all again in the near future. All the best, ciao Carlo

Thank you so much for this review. My wife Antonella, our friend Ingrid and myself are very happy of your kind words. When guest and host get along so well, communicating nicely and exchanging views, it’s like a magic circle! We hope to see your family again in the near future. All the best, ciao, Carlo

Dear Neil, thank you so much for this wonderful review. It is always a great pleasure for Ingrid, Antonella and myself to find out that our guests had such a wonderful time. We try our best to keep the property in great shape and when you have to deal with perfect guests (friendly, communicative, respectful and correct), you cannot ask for more. We hope to see you and your family again in our city and our property. All the best, ciao Carlo

Dear Danielle, thank you so much, once again, for being such perfect guests at Villa Chiara. I recommend you to the Vrbo community and I can only hope that in the near future you will want to come once more to Italy. In that case please drop by one more time, you will always be welcome. All the best, ciao, Carlo

Dear Christiane, thank you for your review, also on behalf of Ingrid. Since your arrival with Manfred we did our best to make your stay a pleasant vacation. We hope to see you again in the near future. All the best, ciao Carlo

Dear Francoise, it was really a great pleasure to have you at Villa Chiara. If I understand correctly what Ingrid explained to me, you were wonderful guests, communicative, friendly, respectful and correct. In other words, THE PERFECT GUESTS. Thank you so much. I can only hope to see you again in Lucca in the near future: our house will always be ready for you. All the best to you, ciao. Carlo PS: Ingrid says good bye and, of course, agrees with me in this answer.

Dear Christian, thank you so much for this nice review that you wrote. Ingrid is indeed very happy of your opinion about her work. I hope that you and your wonderful family will have another chance to come to Tuscany, to Lucca and to our house. Remember that you will always be welcome. All the best to you, ciao, Carlo

Dear Paul and Miriam, thanks for your comments. Let me clarify a few points: 1-At the beginning of the renting season there were 9 wine glasses (besides all the other types). I had not noticed that now there are only 3. 2- the set of casseroles in the house is more than complete.: it is situated partly in the kitchen, partly in the chest on the right of the entrance. Maybe you did not notice it. 3-The two beds in our rooms are commonly called King-size and Queen-size beds in any hotel in the world. 4- In the months of July and August it’s possible that the 8 apartments of the entire property are fully inhabited. Consequently the swimming pool has more people. Conversely, in Tuscany there are other villas with single private pools, but with much higher daily renting rates in those two months

Thank you Stefan for this review. You and your family were wonderful guests and I’m very happy that you had such a nice stay at our house. I look forward to seeing you again in the near future. All my kind regards, ciao, Carlo

Dear Martina, at the end of your stay at Villa Chiara with your family, Ingrid, Antonella and myself would like to thank you for being such nice guests. Thanks also for the kind words you used in your review. We are very happy that you enjoyed your vacation in our property and we certainly look forward to seeing you all again in the near future. Villa Chiara will always be available for you, just let us know when you want to come. All the best to you and your family. Ciao Carlo

Dear Michael, thank you very much for your kind words. Antonella and I, together with Ingrid, are very happy that you had such a good time at Villa Chiara and that your vacation in Tuscany was up to your expectation. If you and your nice family decide to come back again in the near future, just let us know: we will be ready to host you again whenever you will decide. All the best, ciao Carlo

Dear Joseph, thanks for your review. Frankly, I am quite surprised by your comments, none of which has ever been made before in all these years. Just to give you brief answers, let me say that the installation of an air conditioning system is not allowed in the whole villa, not only in my house, due to Municipal limitations on historical sites. However, ventilators are available in every room. The same goes for the WiFi system, which cannot be faster than wished in the Lucca’s countryside, notwithstanding our efforts with the telephone companies. Moreover, I really find it hard to believe that the house was not clean or the bed shaky: this has never been reported to me by any previous or following guest. Finally, it is our well established policy to ask guests, during their stay, to keep communication channels always open (asking frequently: is everything going well? is there is anything we can do to help in any way?): it would have been sufficient to speak out, if necessary, but we received no specific message/feedback from you.

Thank you very much, dear Thomas.. We are happy you had such a good time at Villa Chiara. You were indeed wonderful guests and it will be a real pleasure to host you here once again. Just let us know, Villa Chiara will always be available for you. All the best, take care, ciao
