SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required for every reservation.
As a professional property management company, this is part of our standard procedure to protect both the property and the homeowners. The security deposit is mandatory in order to access the accommodation.
The deposit amount depends on the property type and ranges from 250€ for smaller apartments up to 2000€ for luxury chalets and high-end properties.

WHO WE ARE
Care Concierge Properties is a professional property management company managing accommodations throughout the Mont-Blanc Valley.
We are not private hosts and therefore do not usually meet guests in person unless specifically requested. We have offices in the different resort areas and a local support team available during your stay if assistance is needed.
For most stays, communication is handled by phone, WhatsApp, text message, or Airbnb messaging. In case of emergencies, local guest service managers are available to assist on-site when necessary.

HOT WATER SYSTEM PLEASE READ
In France, hot water systems work differently from those in many other countries.
Hot water is stored inside a water tank and may run out if several long showers or baths are taken consecutively. Once depleted, the tank requires time to refill and reheat, depending on its size (generally between 2 and 8 hours).
To ensure everyone has access to hot water, we kindly ask guests to avoid excessively long showers or baths unless they are the final person using the bathroom.
After usage in the morning or evening, the water heater will naturally reheat and be ready again later in the day or the following morning.
