Located close to the hill-top town of Labin on the east coast of Istria, Villa Krasna is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is a great place to stay with family or friends. It is within a short walking of Labin's main square with cafés and restaurants, and the beach is just a short drive away. It offers a tennis court, table tennis and putting green, and there are plenty of things to do in the area; Labin's Old Town has many baroque palaces, a fortress and two museums, as well as a sculpture park 3 km away.

Villa Krasna (265 sqm) develops over two levels connected by internal stairs.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas, LCD TV, and PlayStation game console), a dining area (for 10) and a guest bathroom (with toilet). You will also find one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a separate dining room with guest bathroom (with toilet) and second kitchen.

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms with access to a terrace (with king-size beds) and ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a large garden (7,000 sqm) featuring lawns, a spacious terrace with a swimming pool (depth 1.35m; open when the villa is open) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a shady outdoor dining area, as well as an outdoor shower and stone barbecue. There is also a putting green, tennis court (with lighting) and table tennis table, as well as a farm (with domestic animals) with seasonal fruits and vegetables that guests can use.
