Located in the popular holiday resort of Bol on the south coast of the Brac Island, Villa Vinea is a lovely beachfront property with a private swimming pool. The villa is just a stone’s throw from the sea, 150 meters from the town centre, with lovely shops and restaurants, and close to the famous Zlatni Rat beach.

Villa Vinea (200 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with double sofa bed), a dining area (for 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area, as well as a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor, you will find the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms (each with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with combination bath/shower), two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds), and two private bathrooms (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a terraced garden featuring a heated swimming pool (24 sqm; depth 1.5m) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a shady dining area (with table for 8) and a barbecue.
