Amazing stay!

Everything was just perfect !! Thank you for the amazing stay. The apartment has the best location ever. It’s clean, comfortable, very warm, has a good kitchen. The price is very good for this quality. Will come back again.

The apartment is in a wonderful location and it's good value for the cost. It is an interior space so the air circulation is not strong, but it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped with an oven so it was a good place to prepare my own meals.

Great location. Near the river and tourist destinations. However, there was a musty, damp smell when we arrived. Perhaps they have an issue with their cleaning service. We found mold/mildew in throughout the bathroom and a noticeable unpleasant smell from the kitchen. While Guest Ready promptly replied to our concerns, they made no attempts to resolve the issues or move us. Instead they simply offered to “expedite the issues with maintenance.” Profoundly disappointing.

The property stank of damp. The sheets were damp. The kitchen did not seem particularly clean. There were signs of old leaks. The shower didn't drain and leaked over the floor. The hall light did not work so you had to go up the stairs in complete darkness. We ended up leaving two days early and staying somewhere else. No proper response from Guest Ready so far.

Upon entering the building, there was cut wires on the lock, holes in the drywall and debris on the stairs. Once we got into our apartment we were immediately hit with the smell of mold. There were two spots where the wood was rotted. There is no where to hang towels to dry and very limited storage space. There is no fan in the bathroom to help with the moisture. The space overall is extremely small and AI has been used on the pictures on the website. The first day we arrived, I notified GuestReady through WhatsApp and told them our internet didn’t work. They stopped responding that evening and when I messaged again the following day, no one responded. I ended up sending a message through the rental booking page and someone showed up. He said we would be given a hotspot so we could have internet access. This never happened. Traveling internationally without access to WiFi is very difficult. We also weren’t able to watch tv when we settled in for the night. There is one small window with a view of garbage. When I put a piece of bread down in the toaster, the power immediately shut down in the apartment. The mattress is thin and has a plastic covering on it that makes noise when you move. There were extra dirty pillows with no pillow cases in the room. The strong mold smell made me sick. I received an email saying my checkout time was 0500 and cleaning staff may be there to clean at that time despite checkout instructions in a previous email saying checkout was at 1100. There were no amenities that were advertised (such as satellite TV, couch, WiFi). Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, this was the worst stay we had during our time in Portugal, so disappointing and a waste of money.

Le logement est très bien placé ! L’accueil est simple & efficace, c’est une bonne location pour un week-end. Petit bémol sur la propreté : poussière, cheveux & quelques petites saletés à droite à gauche. Aussi, le logement n’étant pas aéré, il y a une forte odeur de renfermé.
