South Ocean Villa is a 3 bedroom villa in Agios Pavlos, newly built on a seafront plot and designed by the architect, Antonis Hadzidakis.
The vila is located in an isolated area with spectacular, panoramic views of the sea below and surrounded by rock formations, has just made its market. The ultimate escape will be a brand new magnificent Villa with stunning sea views and a private infinity pool in the picturesque hamlet of Agios Pavlos.South Ocean Villa is a 220 sqm villa with 3 bedrooms on one level, a beautiful infinity pool, an open plan kitchen and dining area around a covered terrace with sliding doors offering a unique `inside out` experience.
There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms that share a bathroom. The house is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating for the colder months.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. In the basement there is a 50 sqm sports and TV room (cross trainer and table tennis table). The hammam and an additional shower room and toilet are located next to the terrace of the heated swimming pool.South Coast Villa is located directly by the sea, offers a private pool and was designed by a well known Cretan architect. The villa blends perfectly with the stunning surroundings, providing all the conditions for a relaxing experience with all the luxuries, in a very unobtrusive way, experiencing the special landscape of South Crete. Using local materials, the "green" roof was also created, reducing the need for air conditioning use. The carport with awnings provides shade for two cars and a charging facility for an electric car.
