Explore this a-typical studio, completely renovated with a lot of work and inventiveness and proudly finished in November 2021. The studio has 17m2 and is located on the first floor, next to the main entrance of the classified bourgeois building. The entrance door of the building already astonishes. The 17m2 living space has been thoughtfully renovated, antique wooden built-in wardrobes and doors have been preserved; as well as the 4m high ceiling, which is rarely seen.
This a-typical studio (total size of 17sqm) was a special project for the owner, who gave new life to the studio.
The living area is furnished with a couch (if requested, this can be set up as a Sofa-bed), a floor lamp, a TV and bar table with two bar chairs.
The kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer and sink, is located behind an old wooden door that can be closed when the kitchenette is not in use.
The bathroom has been cleverly built into the back of the studio and is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet and even a washing machine.
The sleeping area is located in the mezzanine which is reached by a wooden staircase. In the mezzanine is the comfortable bed and a small dresser; from up there you will get a better feeling of the high ceiling (-:
The studio is equipped with Wifi, bedding and bed linen and towels.
For your vacation, this studio is a unique accommodation and a perfect starting point to discover the city of Nice and your surroundings. Restaurants and bars, supermarket and bakery are a stone's throw away. You are 2 minutes walk from the famous "Place Garibaldi", 5 minutes from the old town (Vieux Nice) and the port of Nice (Port Lympia), about 15 minutes walk to the also famous "Place Masséna" and the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.
You can reach the tram T2 in 5 minutes on foot. This tram will take you, for example, directly to the airport or to the main shopping street "Avenue Jean-Médécin".
Bus 100 is located in 3 minutes on foot. Bus 100 circulates between Nice and Monaco and the ticket costs only 1,70€.
If you arrive by car or you rent a car, you can use the public parking garage (for a fee) at the port Lympia.
Please note that the studio is located right next to the main entrance door of the building and sounds from there may be audible when you are in the studio.


Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):
4pm – 8pm: 50€
8pm – 10pm: 75€
10pm – 12am: 100€
12am – 1am: 150€
After 1am: 200€
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.


Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
