Bohemian studio - Port district

Come stay in our warm studio for a sunny break in Nice! Our accommodation is nestled in the heart of the most epicurean district of Nice, the Port district. It faces the street with a view of the famous Château Hill decorated with its typical Nice buildings.



The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a secure Nice building with an elevator, a stone's throw from tram line 2, which allows you to arrive peacefully from Nice airport or to explore the city easily.



Our accommodation is equipped with a living room with an optimized space & bathed in light including:

- An open kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, washing machine.

- A lounge area equipped with mobile air conditioning to cool your nights on sunny days, with a standard size 140x190 convertible convertible sofa, a Smart TV & free Wi-Fi connection.

- A dining area facing the window with a clear view



The apartment also of course has a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC, towel dryer, and is equipped with a hairdryer.



A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.



The exceptional location will allow you to live at the rhythm of the Riviera during your stay, close to the best food shops & restaurants.
