The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by stairs.

The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms contain a delightful queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Waterside Cais do Sodré is a buzzing nightlife and dining destination. The 19th-century Mercado da Ribeira food court is a focal point, with eclectic food stalls offering international fare and local culinary specialities. Traditional Fado music wafts from the restaurants and the bars along "Pink Street." On the banks of the Tagus, the Ribeira das Naus promenade is famous for warm weather.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Cais do Sodré, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
