Beautiful home 120 steps from the warm waters of Keauhou Bay. House has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and will comfortably sleep 8 in beds and up to 10 including futon couches. Fully equipped to give all the comforts of home while on holiday. Close to shopping, snorkeling excursions and other water activities. Great location for exploring all the adventures the Big Island has to offer. Small pool for the days you just want to stay home and relax between adventures. Wifi, internet, PS2, DVD, 3 flat screen TV's and stereos are also available for in home entertainment. Great fooseball table. Nicely equipped kitchen with bar and dining room table as well as comfortable seating outdoors on the lanai. Who wants to sit indoors when there is such a great view from the lanai? Waterfront view of Keauhou Bay, plus beach toys (including SUP) to enjoy all the bay has to offer. Keauhou Bay offers rec paddling with the local outrigger club, snorkeling tours, world famous manta ray dives, sand volleyball courts, SUP and deep sea fishing charter boats. Walking distance to Keauhou shopping center which has a movie theater, grocery shopping, drugstore and restaurants. This home is also air-conditioned! Bonus! Dawn paddle boarding, nighttime manta rays, family, and fun! This stay had it all, and the house location, amenities, and set up made it possible. Fantastic location and extremely comfortable for our family of 8, including two kids under 3. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

Lanai is amazing

We had the best time! Could not have picked a better place to stay!! We loved the Seacrest Manta Ray snorkling. Two step beach was great for snorkling. Kids lived the pool! Great vacation!!!!

The big yellow house on the bay

Had a great holiday with family. Location was fantastic. House was well equipped. Pool was a bonus. 11am checkout would have been more convenient as well as not having to launder all the towells before checking out.

Wonderful Kona Calm

We had an amazing week at Kona Calm. The location and access to Keahou Bay cannot be beat. The house is large and accommodated our party of 10 very well. We particularly loved the pool and all the water toys. Hopefully we will be back one day!!

This property is just as beautiful as described. We enjoyed the pool and yard as well as the spacious bedrooms and extremely well stocked kitchen. This house is comfortable for eight. We had a great time exploring the Big Island from this lovely home.

this home has a fantastic location. A few steps to the beach and a lovely private pool and gorgeous gardens in the backyard. Ample room for a large family and close to highways and access to stores. We would recommend.

Fantastic home away from home!

My families stay at this home was fantastic! The home is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it's close to the ocean and many beaches but also close to amenities and downtown Kailua-Kona. Jeff and Nikki were wonderful to deal with and we especially enjoyed their "local local" book! We would definitely love to come back and visit the big island of Hawaii and stay in this wonderful home!!!

Wonderful location amazing amenities.

A few updates need to happen with this beautiful home, and the neighbors are a bit noisy. However, this is a wonderful spot. We would stay here anytime. We live here, part time, but needed a bigger place for family. It was the perfect spot and the perfect way to host family from the mainland.

Wonderful family property

We truly loved our experience here- our family stayed here with an age range of 4- 74 years old. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, the space was excellent for everyone, the amenities were wonderful, the hosts were very communicative, and we loved the location with proximity to the bay. We are an active family that enjoys all the island has to offer and we continue to find new adventures each time we visit. We love the pace and community of Kona, our second home:)

Why they chose this property

We were lucky enough to find this home after admiring it for years as we walked to Keauhou Bay on our way to volleyball. We are so excited to share our favorite place and share the aloha spirit.

What makes this property unique

Keauhou Bay is an amazing place to SUP, catch a fishing or snorkel boat, swim and/or snorkel. We have a great collection of beach equipment for our guests. Plus, the house is nicely spread out so that the family can spread out. The upstairs lanai is an amazing spot to eat every meal.
